During the mid of January, me and some of my friends took part in a Christian conference, known as Planetshakers Conference Malaysia. It was held on 19-20 January, at Sunway Pyramid Convention Centre, Kuala Lumpur. This is my first time joining it meanwhile some of them inside have already been there before.
Now let me share some experiences and pictures that I captured to bring you back into the image as well.

Me, Ryan, Ivan, Brendan, Joshua went to KL and live there for a week! (17th-24th of Jan)
So the first day, 19th, the conference was starting at 7.30pm, doors open at 7pm for happy hour.
But realising from experiences, usually are to be in front of the door latest an hour before it starts.
So we were sitting in this view an hour before the doors open.
Oh yaa, we got the honor and priviledged to met 3 amazing people at a cafe inside the mall just before the whole conf started that day. They are song writer as well.

There are all together 4 sessions in 1 day 2 nights.
In the first night session, Pastor Andy Harrison, drummer from Planetshakers band / youth leader of Planetboom youth shared a sermon, title “It’s Lit” which shared about God has made us to not just living and sitting on the position of life we are but to shine His light to the world in and out.

One thing I noticed during worship, got a fast song when it comes to an end, they did high praise in upping one semitone key chords that is non related to the next song. It was a bit weird when I first heard it, but I enjoyed it because I think they really own their music. How lit was that man.
In session 2, morning, Ps Neil Smith shared about God has a sound for each of us, we don’t need to copy to be like others’ sound but we were made to praise with our own sound.

In session 3, noon, Ps Sam Evans' sermon was my highlight. She shared about that doesn't matter it is in doing ministry or even just going to church every week, do we want to worship / serve God because we're being convinced or because we believe in something greater than what we can do.
By that, I'm reminded that being a Christian is not just doing much to gain the position, nor a religion, but it is more than what we believe and what we trust in our faith.
In the afternoon, some of us went to join their elective workshop which is one of my highlights as well.

Enable God to give us energy when we’re given a opportunity to serve but afraid of facing any struggles that’s going to affects our health
Believe that we’re anointed by God in doing any events
Come with great faith of Holy spirit
You don’t need to be a musician to be a worshiper, but being an ushers, others ministry is also a worship of ours
The reason worship have to be loud is because it’s biblical
Our Worship style is not giving what the world needs but giving God what type of worship He wants
We worship with Joy because God is joyfulGod will give us the energy and strength we needed if He has called us to serve.
We don’t wanna lower our standards to include people into our band! (Related verse: Psalms 33:3)
In the last session at night, Ps Russell Evans' sermon titled "The river of God", shared lots of good testimonies of how God is good towards the world. Even though not much point but those stories and spontaneous outflow from his heart is real touching and blessed so many.

To finalize my trip, it's beyond than amazing times there because It's not so much about the trip itself or the fun times, but it values to me those people around me and the atmospheres together brings up the big influences to make my life renewed, refreshed, and alive again. I wanna really thank God for giving me peace throughout the whole times there and also thank my parents for their trusts and premissions.
To show my gratitudes to them and to God, I've did a short cover to not just hopefully wanna bless people but to also reminded myself again to not give up in trying and taking any possibilities nor opportunities for granted. Life is so much about an ordinary thing.

Last but not least I made a vlog as well to wanna build up my passion in this interests. To be honest, I did actually love editing stuffs and create something creative. I tried mixing using "NCH mixpad" , still learning and trying but now I got GarageBand on my iPhone. So why not I try vlog as well, so I did and I found out that I enjoyed it so much in the process of making it happen.
