To introduce ourselves to you; we must clarify what we mean by "we". We were diagnosed with Dissociative Identity Disorder a year ago. This mean we have a "plural" mind or a "system". Yes this means we are multiple people in a single body! We are still trying to understand what that all means and return to a life with less PTSD episodes so we can escape poverty.
We are physically and mentally disabled. We are educated to some college level in Finance and Accounting, which paired with our hobbies of video games and trading cards; landed us in Splinterlands! We love the game and are highly invested in it. As a result we are on SSDI and don't make more than $800 a month. We can't leave our home so we need to find another way out of poverty. Hopefully in another year I will be in a way better place.
From our home though we like to do as much community activism that we can. We are very active on Twitter @LunacyEmbre ; and video games + writing are large parts of us. Hope to meet some people who also want to change the lives of disabled people forced to live in poverty like me.
