Many people are moving through the world, thinking about their performance review, their grades, their taxes, trying not to crash in traffic, worrying about the future or feeling shameful about their past.
Maybe you are not doing that. Maybe you are focused on the moment with relaxed attention, gently allowing whatever is in your awareness to simply exist. When a disturbance arises, you might feel it, perhaps feeling annoyed for a second, or allowing the interruption to simply pass right through you.
Just being in the world with presence allows you to transform it. When people are around someone who is truly present, they will also experience presence, and their discomfort will be eased.
