I walked-in our company pantry this morning to take my breakfast and feel so bad to see the same view again in one of the table because somebody did not clean their table again after they eat.
"Clean As You Go"
Its the nth time I saw the same problem where despite of a card reminder in the table, some people doesn't really care and leave their table without cleaning up their mess.
"I wander where do we get this attitude or behaviour"
"Where exactly we learned this bad attitude?"
INSIDE THE COMFORT OF OUR HOUSE
Maybe we learned about this at home, who among you will say that you clean up the table right after your breakfast, lunch or dinner? Who clean up the dirty dishes at home? Maybe you or one of your family member or maybe your housemaid, but the real truth is that, since someone clean up our mess at home, we may have thought that someone will do the same for you.
RESTAURANT OR FASTFOOD CHAIN
We all know that whenever you eat in a restaurant or fast food chain, there will be a service crew who will clean up your mess in your table, 99% of the fast food chain in the country do that and they call this type of gesture as customer service satisfaction. But is this act send a right message to the people or customer? Or this creates a behaviour that teaches us to become lazy?
Dont get me wrong, I went to other countries before and customer themselves clean up their mess all the time.
"Clean As You Go- is this really so hard to follow?"
I hope we practice the right behaviour especially table manners wether in our own home or outside our comfort zone. Let show the world that we have right attitude and we clean up our own mess"
