Hi there. Here are even more cards from Pokemon Japan's Supercharged Breaker set.

TM Machine Item Card
This TM Machine Item card has a pretty powerful search effect. You can search your deck for up to 3 Pokemon Tool cards with Technical Machine in their name and put them into your hand.
The problem with this item card is that in the Stellar Miracle Format you have 5 Technical Machine cards available. These are Crisis Punch, Turbo Energize, Evolution, Devolution and Blindside.
You can use one Technical Machine at a time as each card has one attack. (Note that you attack one per turn unless stated otherwise.) With this Item card you end with too many Tools in hand. The only deck that I can think of that benefit from many tools is Rotom VSTAR.

Hippopotas
Hippopotas is a 90HP Fighting Basic Pokemon. Its attack of Push Down does 10 damage for one Fighting Energy. Push Down has the added effect of switching out your opponent's Active Pokemon to the Bench.
Hippowdon
Hippowdon is a Stage 1 Fighting Pokemon with 160 HP. It is the evolved form of Hippopotas. (The image translation says Moo Deng. Why?) For two Fighting Energy you can attack for 60 damage with the Ram attack. Great Sandstorm requires 2 Fighting Energy and one Colourless Energy to do 150 damage. It also does 40 damage to each Benched Pokemon on both sides that have any damage counters on it.
This card is not very good. It is mostly because the attacks are not that powerful for the energy costs. There is not much Fighting Energy acceleration in the F, G, H regulation format.
Rabsca ex
Rabsca has its own Pokemon ex version finally. Here is Rabsca ex with 250 HP, one retreat cost and Fire weakness. It is a Stage 1 POkemon that evolves from Rellor. The first attack does not do damage for one Colourless Energy. It does let you draw 3 cards from the bottom of your deck. Normally you draw cards from the top but this one is from the bottom. Somewhat interesting. The second attack of Psychic requires one Grass Energy and two Colourless Energy to do 20 base damage. Psychic does 90 more damage for each Energy attached to your opponent's Active Pokemon.
If the opponent's Active Pokemon has 1 Energy on it then Psychic does 20 + 90 = 110 damage. If there are 2 Energies on the opponent's active then Psychic does 200 damage. Rabsca ex can take down the popular Dark Tera Charizard ex if it has two energy on it. The grass weakness on Charizard ex would make Rabsca ex deal 200 x 2 = 400 damage from its Psychic attack.

The thing with Rabsca ex is that the Energy requirements on the Psychic attack is not that easy to meet. Three energy is not easy to do. Rabsca ex with 250 HP is low for a Stage 1 Pokemon ex. A lot of popular attackers in the metagame can hit for 250 and up. I want to like this card but from a gameplay perspective it is underpowered.
Durant ex
Durant in the video game is a Bug type. In the Pokemon trading card game it is a Grass type. It is a Basic Pokemon ex with 190 HP, two retreat cost and Fire weakness. The ability of Sudden Scrape activates when you play Durant ex from hand to your Bench. Once the ability is activated you discard the top card from your opponent's deck.
Durant ex's attack of Revenge Crash requires one Grass Energy and two Colourless Energy. It has 120 base damage plus 30 more damage for each Prize card your opponent has taken. This Durant ex is very similar to Shaymin V (see below). Shaymin V has lower energy requirements, has less base damage but does more damage for each Prize card your opponent has taken. In the late game Durant ex can be a lethal attacker that can do 210 damage if the opponent has taken 3 Prize cards out of 6, 240 if the opponent has taken 4 out of 6 Prize cards and 270 if the opponent has taken 5 out of 6 Prize cards. The hard part is meeting the Energy requirements and 190 HP is low for a Basic Pokemon ex making it vulnerable.

Durant ex has a Special Illustration version. This one is stackable as in you can put it side by side to make it appear like there are many. Source
