„Ciało jest kompetentne”
Niebezpiecznym dla naszego zdrowia jest zduszanie i usiłowanie skontrolowania tego (to, że to robimy może świadczyć narracja typu: nikt nie może poznać, że jest mi smutno)
(M: Czasem taki schemat polega na strachu. Strachu przed tym, że jeśli ktoś zauważy nasz stan emocjonalny zapyta „czy wszystko ok?” a my w tym momencie będziemy mieli tylko dwie drogi, skłamać lub powiedzieć prawdę. Prawdę na, którą się nie godzimy. Wręcz mogą się pojawiać reakcje związane ze złością.
Negatywne reakcje na pytanie „jak się czujesz” mogą wynikać z braku akceptacji tych emocji lub wstydem, że nie umiesz nad nimi zapanować.
Może być też tak, że nie czujesz równości, wzajemności, bezpieczeństwa w relacji z osobą, która zadaje pytanie. Czy oboje się tak samo zwierzacie i ufacie sobie? Jeśli nie to zastanów się nad tym gdzie może leżeć problem.)
Jak analizować swoje ciało?
Na terapii systemowej pierwszym pytaniem do zadania jest:
Z czym przychodzisz (zakończenie związku, choroba kogoś, kryzys itd.) ?
"Co czuję kiedy o tym opowiadam? W ciele i emocjonalnie"
Drugą częścią i przykładem analizy jest :
Moje ręce ...(są zimne). Moje stopy... W moim brzuchu jest (miekko, ścisk, napięcie) W buzi mam (sucho, dużo śliny) W mojej klatce piersiowej (czuje ścisk, otwarcie, rozluźnienie)
Prawdą jest to, że nie możemy stworzyć „nowych siebie”.
Jednak można powiedzieć, że dążysz do tego aby „stara ja” zintegrowała się z resztą zaniedbanych i zranionych części siebie.
"Nie musisz gonić za naprawioną sobą."
"Twoje ciało niesie historię Ciebie jako całości, nie tylko tej super części ale całości."
Kiedy człowiek wchodzi w inną perspektywę na lęk czy inne trudne emocje można by użyć metafory, że podczas integracji swojej traumy/przeżyć dana emocja np. strach mówi:
Widzisz teraz czemu cię chroniłem? Przed czym? Co ci to dawało? Przed czym cię chowałem? Jak moje istnienie wpłyneło na to, że mogłeś przetrwać? W jaki sposób się to działo?
Można tu dać lęk, pogardę, zobojętnienie, złość - cokolwiek, zadać podobne pytania bardziej pasujące do kontekstu. (M: Zmienia to perspektywę wobec uczuć, pozwala na większą akceptację tego, że wystąpiły.)
Co do tego jak podchodzić do przeszłości i emocji w niej:
Zazwyczaj reakcja na zagrożenie jest jedna z 3 czyli walka, zamrożenie lub ucieczka. Dziecko zazwyczaj ani 1 ani 3 nie może zrealizować. Tak właśnie rodzą się nasze problemy z wyrażaniem emocji i naszych potrzeb.
Jakie Ty i Twoje ciało miało strategię na przetrwanie lub polepszenie swojego położenia?

Pomocą w niepokojach i trudnymi emocjami, reakcjami na sytuacje xyz jest:
Przeżycie wystarczającej ilosći BEZPIECZNYCH doświadczeń z xyz
Jeśli mamy problem z wiecznym głosem w głowie „nigdy nie będziesz dość” (wystarczająca) to możemy zamiast się na siebie denerwować, że tym się kierujemy - możemy powiedzieć tak:
"Ah, to Ty stary głosie. Tak, to ty pozwalałeś mi przetrwać i kiedyś dzięki Tobie (np.) się bardziej starałam i dostawałam więcej uwagi w domu, której potrzebowałam. Jednak już nie potrzebuję tego, już Ci nie będę wierzyć."
Przykładowo:
Autoagresja może być taką „seteczką”, która kusi aby ją wypić. I zawsze będzie kusić, mniej lub bardziej jednak nadal. Raz, odmówienie jej sobie będzie bardzo szybie a innym razem trochę dłuższe - to nic złego.
Ważne jest to żeby się zatrzymać i tym zaopiekować, choć na minute.
Odwagą jest to by umieć powiedzieć przed kimś lub przed sobą samym, że:
Tak właśnie mam, że teraz czuję strach. Tak właśnie mam, że przychodzi mi do głowy to stare przekonanie.
Jeśli coś wraca bardzo intensywnie nawet po długiej pracy ze sobą, to w sumie tylko się cieszyć bo to właśnie okazja do zauważenia. Po prostu woła ten mały kawałeczek, który mówi „chcę jeszcze opieki, chcę jeszcze jeść”.
Czasami pozwólmy sobie zauważyć gdzie jesteśmy myślami. Bardzo zaskakujące jest to jak często jesteśmy gdzieś indziej niż w tej chwili.
"Czuję, że jestem/ nie jestem w tu i teraz. Gdzie jesteś głową? W warszawie? Przy piecu? Wszędzie tylko nie tu i nie teraz. "
Jeśli zbyt często Ci się to zdarza, nie panujesz nad tym to znaczy, że NIE CHCESZ SIĘ Z CZYMŚ SPOTKAĆ/SKONFRONTOWAĆ. Może jesteś zbyt bardzo w pobudzeniu i nie chcesz się skontaktować ze swoim zmęczeniem?
"Nie. Nie chcę być "tam" i "wtedy" i reagować na "tamto". Chcę być tu i teraz. Z czym się to wiąże?"
Po co to wszystko?
Jeżeli nie uwolnisz starych emocji i tych najtrudniejszych przeżyć - jak ma się znaleźć na lepiej zintegrowane części Ciebie?
Masz kawał zamrożonych emocji, przeżyć i tak lecisz na rezerwach bo nie umiesz się rozluźnić (bo trudno z takim czymś na barkach). Próbujesz to kontrolować i idzie Ci to coraz gorzej co nakręca jeszcze bardziej to koło. Jak tu mieć więc siłę na swoje życie? A co dopiero na życie/trudy partnera czy innych bliskich osób?
Więc zamiast się wściekać na siebie to warto się tym zaopiekować, jak dzieckiem, zatrzymać się i zapytać się siebie w ciszy "co tam u ciebie"

"The body is competent"
It is dangerous for our health to stifle and try to control it (that we do this can be evidenced by a narrative like: no one can know that I am sad)
(M: Sometimes such a scheme is about fear. Fear that if someone notices our emotional state they will ask "are you ok?" and we at that point have only two ways, to lie or tell the truth. The truth that we do not accept. There may even be anger-related reactions.
Negative reactions to the question "how do you feel" may be due to a lack of acceptance of these emotions or shame that you can't control them.
It could also be that you don't feel equality, reciprocity, security in your relationship with the person who is asking the question. Do you both confide in and trust each other in the same way? If not then think about where the problem may lie).
How to analyze your body?
In systemic therapy, the first question to ask is:
What are you coming with (the end of a relationship, someone's illness, a crisis, etc.) ?
"What do I feel when I talk about it? In the body and emotionally."
The second part and example of analysis is :
My hands ...(are cold). My feet ... In my stomach is (soft, squeeze, tension) In my mouth I have (dry, a lot of saliva) In my chest (feels squeeze, opening, relaxation)
It is true that we cannot create "new selves."
However, you can say that you are striving to make the "old self" integrate with the rest of the neglected and injured parts of yourself.
"You don't have to chase after a repaired self," he says.
"Your body carries the story of you as a whole, not just the super part but the whole."
When a person comes into a different perspective on anxiety or other difficult emotions, one could use the metaphor that while integrating one's trauma/experience, a particular emotion such as fear says:
Do you see now why I protected you? From what? What was it giving you? What was I hiding you from? How did my existence influence you to survive? In what ways was this happening?
You can give fear, contempt, indifference, anger - whatever, ask similar questions more suited to the context. (M: This changes the perspective towards the feelings, allows for more acceptance that they occurred.)
As for how to approach the past and the emotions in it:
Usually the reaction to a threat is one of 3 i.e. fight, freeze or flight. The child usually neither 1 nor 3 can be realized. This is how our problems with expressing emotions and our needs are born.
What strategies did you and your body have for surviving or improving your situation?

Help with anxiety and difficult emotions, reactions to xyz situations is:
Experiencing enough SAFE experiences with xyz
If we have a problem with the eternal voice in our head "you'll never be enough" (enough) then instead of getting upset with ourselves for being driven by this - we can say yes:
"Ah, it's you old voice. Yes, it was you who allowed me to survive and I used to make more of an effort thanks to you (for example) and get more of the attention at home that I needed. However, I don't need it anymore, I won't believe you anymore."
For example:
Self-aggrandizement can be the kind of "hundredth" that tempts you to drink it. And it will always be tempted, more or less still, however. Once, denying it to yourself will be very quick and other times a little longer - that's not a bad thing.
The important thing is to stop and take care of it, if only for a minute.
The courage is to be able to say in front of someone or yourself that:
This is how I have it, that I feel fear right now. This is how I have it, that old belief comes to me.
If something comes back very intensely even after working with myself for a long time, all in all, just be happy because it's just an opportunity to notice. It just calls out that little piece that says "I still want care, I still want to eat".
Sometimes let's allow ourselves to notice where we are with our thoughts. It is very surprising how often we are somewhere other than in the moment.
"I feel that I am/am not in the here and now. Where are you head? In the warren? At the stove? Everywhere but here and now. "
If it happens to you too often, you are not in control of it, it means that you DON'T WANT TO CONTACT/ CONFRONT WITH SOMETHING. Maybe you are too much in arousal and don't want to get in touch with your fatigue?
"No. I don't want to be 'there' and 'then' and react to 'that.' I want to be here and now. What does that entail?"
What is it all for?
If you don't release old emotions and those most difficult experiences - how is it supposed to find its way to better integrated parts of you?
You have a chunk of frozen emotions, experiences and so you fly on reserve because you can't relax (because it's hard with such a thing on your shoulders). You try to control it and it goes worse and worse which screws up the wheel even more. How to have strength for your life then? Let alone for the life/difficulties of your partner or other loved ones?
So instead of getting mad at yourself it's a good idea to take care of it, like a child, stop and ask yourself silently "how are you doing".
