Everything is under Martial Law.
Martial Law works on presumption, and because of our own ignorance, we have given them the right to presume we are one of their slaves.
If you do NOT want to be their slaves, then you have to introduce information into the public that you are NOT their slave, and then you have to serve them with a document designed to take away their presumptions, which also rakes away their "good faith" ability to assault you and get away with it.
