So be sure to give your body every single ounce of nurturing, rest, exercise, and comfort it needs.
At the end of the day we are only given one body - and whether or not we look after it, it will last from exactly from our very first breath until our very last. However, the way we look after our body is a strong determining factor of the quality of life we lead up until the point of that last breath and might even extend or reduce the amount of days until then!

With us being Human and given Human Nature we tend to self-evaluate on a regular basis, and we can either do this from a judgemental or a compassionate point of view. Let me point out some key differences regarding these two methods:
Self-Evaluation โ Judgement
When we self-evaluate with judgment we highlight all our flaws and mistakes and we do this even when we evaluate our achievements; this can lead to unnecessary anxiety, stress and lowered self-esteem, witch in turn might make us reluctant to learn- or try new things, and also makes us fearful of accepting responsibility.
Self-Evaluation โ Compassion
When we self-evaluate from a point of compassion we do not break down our self-esteem by constantly focusing on the negative, allowing us to nurture the self-confidence needed to explore-, learn- and try new things (even if we make mistakes) and in the absence of the fear of failure and judgement, we have the freedom to feel: more motivated, relaxed and better about ourselves.
