I can't find it from a Catholic source, just from sources "exposing" Catholics. I'm not a Catholic, but I dialog with them all the time, and they have an enormous amount of their stuff online.
The link you posted appears to be a seventh day Adventist site, not a Catholic one. The site is a little deceptive as well. For one thing, I can't find The Roman Decretalia anywhere online except 7DA sites, and I was raised and educated Catholic, have never heard of it. For another, the "Catechism" the Catholic Church uses is titled "Catechism of the Catholic Church," not “Catholic Catechism of Christian Religion.” I can't find that title anywhere on the Internet either. The quotes attributed to it are only found on the site you linked to, which is weird because the entire Catholic Catechism is available online for free.
There are lots of things to criticism the Catholics about, but it's important to be honest when doing so. Your sources do not appear to be real, and even if they are they do not appear to be mainstream Catholic sources. For your reference, you can find the Catechism here and the Code of Cannon Law here
You should be more careful when "calling out deception" not to use deceptive sources. If you claim Catholics teach something, you really need to get it from their source. How would you feel If I posted Catholic material abuut Seventh Day Adventists and what they teach?
RE: Scariest deception going on.
