Welcome to lunchtime.
Late lunch. It is around 4:30pm and I now have the space to chow down for a bit. Since I have my laptop handy, I will make this a posting session along with chewing up the delicious nutrients.
I have to say, it is another superb Minneapolis evening. While right now I am living in errand city, I must find a way to enjoy some outdoor activities tonight. I couldn't get my free ticket in the Basilica Block party, I'd guess you find me jogging the river around sunset. That will be totally glorious, sunset over Downtown while I roll along the Mississippi.
Back to portraits.
Here are 4. For this post I included 2 focused on humor and 2 more that are B&W.
Coconuts, natures knockers. (Say what you will) All that glorious milk and drinking it in Hawaii is extra delicious. Here I asked Corynn to pose with these fresh beauties and with a little adjustment to the shades I snapped what I feel is a really cute portrait of a very enjoyable woman.
My buddy Joe sits in a James Turrell installation. He is a photographer, that is film camera loaded with B&W to his right. I decided to show this is B&W to honor that moment. I love B&W.
Is it a portrait or a candid? Becky is a playful lady, she is a phone magnet and that tattooed wedding band on her hand came 1 year before the divorce. HMMM, I say this is a portrait.
Jesse, moves fast. Jesse moves energy. Jesse never sleeps. Jesse is a character. Jesse is force hard to pin down, Jesse is a blur... I have other images that are more traditional portraits from this shoot but I really like this one. (+and it is goofy)
Thanks very much for hanging with me.
I plan to swing out one more post of entries for fun before the deadline tonight. In all cases take excellent care out there friends.
