How are you all? I hope you are well. I am also well by the grace of Allah. Today I have come before you with another new post. Today my post is a recipe post. One of my favorite drinks. I have made it. Today I have made a healthy and tasty drink recipe with Watermelon Lemon and Tokma Grain Drink. I hope you like it.
In the drink I made today, I used Tokma seeds. Tokma seeds contain a lot of Omega 3. By consuming these drinks, we lose weight, control blood sugar and help get rid of constipation. I have also used milk in these drinks and used lemon and watermelon. Which are very healthy things that are very beneficial to our body by consuming them.I have specially prepared this drink to eat at Iftar. Since our fasting has started and it is very necessary to eat a healthy drink after fasting all day. I have used watermelon to make this sorbet. And watermelon contains a lot of water which makes up for the lack of water due to fasting all day and watermelon has many nutrients which are very beneficial for our body.I ate this drink for Iftar.
This sharbat was very delicious to eat. We all ate this delicious and healthy drink at Iftar which was very delicious to eat. It is much better to eat this watermelon syrup after fasting all day. Moreover in this sherbet I have used tokma seeds which help our body weight a lot along with lemon and watermelon. Watermelon syrup is very useful for eliminating dehydration in our body.
Ingredients
Watermelon-sized
Tokma grains - 2 tsp
Lemon - 1
Salt-quantity difference
Sugar-2 spoons
Water - 3 glasses
How to make:-
First I took the watermelon and cut the watermelons into small pieces. So that the blender is convenient to blend.
Now I cut the lemon and took the blender.
Then I put the sliced watermelon in the blender jar.
Then I chopped the lemons and added lemon juice.
Now I have added salt as much.
At this stage I gave enough sugar.
Now I gave water as I needed.
Then I blended everything together well.
I now pour the blended watermelon drink into the glass for serving.
I soaked tokma seeds for ten minutes.
Once the tokma grains are soaked, I top them to serve this drink.
I then added a few more slices of watermelon on top for serving.
And that's how I made this delicious Watermelon Lemon and Tokma Grain Drink. After making the drink I have done various decorations and photography to present this drink beautifully to you. Where I have used white and black background. And because of this, it looks much more attractive.
To be honest these drinks are when I serve them beautifully. I served this watermelon drink with slices of watermelon which looks so tempting. It looks like I eat it now even though I had this drink during Iftar. But after seeing it, I want to eat it again, it was so cold and it felt so good to eat. This watermelon drink I made turned out to be delicious. All of us in the family have had this drink after fasting all day during Iftar which has completely chilled our liver. When I drink this drink after fasting all day, it feels good.
