That is – finding purpose and meaning, living that purpose with passion and calm enthusiasm, and growing older gracefully… not only extending the years we have on this little merry-go-round, but the quality of said years too.
It's one of those books that I'd absolutely recommend. I can't see anyone not getting something out of it, and if you have an interest or like to know more about Japanese philosophies and ideas, then give it a look…
