Digimon World Next Order is a Digital Pet simulator game where you take care of your Digimon needs while recruiting Digimon to the City and building it along the way.
Digimon World Next Order is a modern sequel to the beloved first entry of the Digimon World series. This time, you manage two Digimon at a time instead of one! The scope of the world is also bigger, and there are more recruitable and obtainable Digimon. The soundtrack is very nostalgic with many tracks being remasters of Digimon World 1 OST. Still, the original had more charm in the moment-to-moment experience.

In this session, I finally get to the final dungeon with my newly evolved Phoenixmon and Myotismon. At the start of the session, I prepare for the next story segment, and even bought the digivoultion item to for my BlackGatomon to turn into Myotismon.
The final dungeon is in the Singular Zone, a place outside of the digital world. It's compromised of several layers, and my team is just strong enough to survive the first one.
The first boss I encountered here is Devimon!
I believe Devimon is one of the bosses inside Digimon World 1's final dungeon too. This makes it a nice throwback. I'd love to learn more about Digimon World Next Order's final dungeon as I explore more!
