Hola amigos de esta increíble comunidad, estos últimos días han sido bastante calurosos, por lo que quise hacer algo refrescante y se me ocurrió una combinación que podría funcionar muy bien para ese momento un increíble jugo de patilla o también conocida como sandía que es una de las frutas más refrescantes y la junté con mi vegetal favorito que es la remolacha, que le da un color hermoso al jugo, es muy nutritivo y refrescante para estos días calurosos. La sandía es una fruta que además de deliciosa es diurética e hidratante ya que contiene una gran cantidad de agua. Este jugo, además de ser excelente para la hidratación, se recomienda como desintoxicante porque nos ayuda a eliminar toxinas del organismo. Si lo quieres con un sabor más intenso, puedes hacer como yo, beberlo y añadirle limón. Sin más preámbulos, aquí está el paso a paso.

700 grs de sandía, 01 remolacha, 01 taza de agua, gotas de limón(opcional), hielo y azúcar al gusto.

En esta preparación, lo primero que hago es quitar las pepitas a la sandía, aunque requiere mucha paciencia. Lavo la remolacha, le quito la piel y la rallo.

En la licuadora vierto el agua y añado la sandía y licúo durante unos segundos. Luego la cuelo, por si acaso se han ido algunas de las pepitas.

Vuelvo a echar ese licuado de sandía en la licuadora y añado la remolacha y el azúcar y lo licúo durante varios minutos. ¡y ya está!
