Hola amigos de hive, en estos días quería algo que me recordara un poco a mi infancia y este jugo lo logró porque tiene 2 sabores parecidos a los de un producto que consumí mucho en su época y ese producto del que hablo es la compota, yo comía mucha manzana que es uno de los ingredientes principales y el otro es una de mis frutas favoritas y es el durazno. Es bastante sabrosa para acompañar tus comidas, la recomiendo mucho porque deja un sabor muy delicioso al paladar. Además, es una combinación de dos frutas llenas de fibra y vitaminas, así que no me podía decepcionar, ya que nos dará mucha energía durante el día. Este es el paso a paso

500 grs de durazno, 01 manzana, 01 cucharada de vainilla, c/n de agua, azúcar al gusto.

Lo primero que hago es lavar las frutas, luego corto los duraznos en trozos y la manzana la corto en cuatro y les quito las semillas y las pongo a hervir hasta que estén blandas.

En la licuadora coloco las frutas sancochadas con su agua y añado una taza más de agua.
