Hola amigos de hive, hoy quise mostrar una receta de esta bebida que suelo preparar con mi fruta favorita, el post anterior que hice también fue con durazno, pero esta vez es un batido de durazno con cambur y avena, que es muy bueno después de un día agotador por los ejercicios, ya que como estoy en un gimnasio, cada vez que regreso esto repone la energía perdida, sus ingredientes son muy tropicales y contienen vitaminas, fibra y potasio y lo podemos utilizar para hacer diferentes preparaciones como mermeladas, pasteles, yogurt y gelatinas.

02 duraznos, 02 bananas, 1/4 taza de avena, 1/2 taza de leche, 02 cucharadas de azúcar.

Lo primero que hice fue lavar y cortar los duraznos en trozos y luego cocerlos hasta que se ablandaron.

Una vez listo el durazno, lo dejé reposar y preparé el jugo. En la licuadora agregué media taza de agua y el durazno con su agua de cocción, licué por unos minutos y luego lo colé.

Vertí ese jugo en la licuadora y añadí las bananas congelados, la avena, la leche y el azúcar. Licué a velocidad alta durante dos minutos hasta que todos los ingredientes quedaron bien integrados.
