Days are getting warmer, and through my window, I can see the neighbors swimming and enjoying this break. Many people are thinking of enjoying the sun and relaxing, but all I can think of is Hive, crypto, content creation, and more. At the moment, I'm preparing a power-up, I may not be able to buy a lot of coins right now, but I can find them to get them. In this post, I'm going to share what I'm currently doing.

Muchas personas están disfrutando el sol y relajándose, pero todo en lo que yo puedo pensar es Hive, criptomonedas, creación de contenido y cosas por el estilo. En estos momentos estoy preparando un power-up, tal vez no tenga la posibilidad de comprar muchas monedas, pero puedo encontrar la forma de obtenerlas. En esta publicación les contaré un poco lo que estoy haciendo.
I'm not sure, but this may be the weakest Power Up Day in a long time. Maybe @arcange's stats will prove me wrong, but I feel that with Hive's price going up, we will have fewer holders and fewer people buying large quantities.
Maybe I'm very wrong, and maybe I'll be surprised. From my end, I can say that, yes, I do need to sell some Hive these days, but luckily it's not a lot, and I will power up as much as I can next Thursday.
I also have to pay around 200 Hive a week to the delegators, and I'm not powering down from this account at the moment, so I have to get the Hive from other accounts and author rewards.

One of the ways that I have been earning Hive in the last few days is Cub Finance; I have been selling some of my rewards because I want to focus on Hive. I've also sold some LEO and other Hive Engine tokens. I still aim to reach 50,000 HivePower this year, but as @empoderat told me, it may be more difficult because Hive has increased its value almost 10x since I started this project back in July.
When I started posting in LEO back in November, I had the plan to sell a house and, with part of the profits, buy HIVE and LEO, but I think that plan has died. At the moment, the house has not received any visitors, and the real state agent that promised to move the house has done almost nothing. Imagine if the house had sold it right away and I had bought a bunch of Hive, I would be able to repurchase the house.
But not all is bad, we can keep this house, and we can help my parents to pay their debts and little by little we can start paying them the house, if things go like this in one or two years we may be able to have enough crypto to buy this house from my parents.

Cuando empecé a publicaer en LEO en noviembre tenía el plan de vender una casa y con parte de las ganancias inverir en HIVE y en LEO, pero al parecer esos planes se esfumaron. La casa no ha recibido visitas y el agente de bienes raíces que prometió vender la casa no ha hecho casi nada. Imagínense que se hubiera vendido de inmediato y hubiera comprado mucho HIVE, creo que tendría sufficient para re comprar la casa.
Pero no todo es malo, podemos quedarnos con esta casa, ayudar a mis padres con sus deudar y poco a poco empezar a pagarles la casa, si las cosas van bien yo creo que en uno o dos alos tendrmos suficientes criptomonedas para comprarles la casa a mis padres.
To end this post, I want to say that sometimes things don't go as planned, sometimes we can be surprised. I have big expectations, but I also like to balance, so I have been accumulating Hive and selling when I need to.
