Felicidades a todos los precursores de Web3 que han convertido a nuestra cadena de bloques en parte de su vida, para compartir contenido bloggueando, bloggueando, guardando sus recuerdos fotograficos o de vídeo, desarrollar soluciones, jugar, entrenar, y por encima de todo demostrando que la gobernanza en una cadena descentralizada es posible.

Congratulations to all the Web3 forerunners who have made our blockchain part of their lives, sharing content by blogging, blogging, saving their photo or video memories, developing solutions, playing, training, and above all demonstrating that governance on a decentralized blockchain is possible.
Hay un término muy mencionado en nuestros blogs y en nuestras actividades: "hacer comunidad" a veces nos suena trillado pero es que en verdad lo estamos haciendo y debemos continuar haciéndolo, si la vida real fuera más como las comunidades en Hive la vida seria mucho mejor.
Pero no porque en apariencia todo parezca mejor, si no por el contrario, yo siento que en Hive dejamos más de lado las apariencias y tiene más cabida la autenticidad y la aceptación, estamos tal y como somos y no necesitamos ser personas diferentes como ocurre generalmente en las redes de Web2.
There is a term often mentioned in our blogs and our activities: "making community" sometimes sounds trite but we are doing it and we should continue to do it if real life were more like the communities in Hive life would be much better.
But not because on the surface everything seems better, on the contrary, I feel that in Hive we leave appearances aside and there is more room for authenticity and acceptance, we are as we are and we don't need to be different people as it usually happens in Web2 networks.
Una de las cosas que más me gusta cuando navegó e interactuo en una comunidad es que todos estamos para cambiar el mundo desde allí cuando nos damos espacio para alejarnos de lenguaje de odio y discriminaciones, si podemos hacerlo en Hive podemos hacerlo en la vida real, y espero que llegue el momento en que ya no haya distinción.
Hace ya 2 años que cree mi cuenta en Hive, luego de escuchar mi primera clase con @laloreto pero fue después de la clase n 4 creo, y unos 8 meses después que escribí mi presentación, solo en ese momento sentí que de verdad podía estar entrando en un lugar para mí.
One of the things I like the most when I browse and interact in a community is that we are all there to change the world from there when we give ourselves space to move away from hate speech and discrimination, if we can do it in Hive we can do it in real life, and I hope the time will come when there will be no more distinction.
It's been 2 years since I created my account on Hive, after listening to my first class with @laloreto but it was after class n 4 I think, and about 8 months after I wrote my presentation, only at that moment I felt I could be entering a place for myself.
Esas clases eran de la etapa cuando Natalia comenzó a dar las clases por Telegram para la comunidad @ubikalo, excelente comunidad en Telegram que recomiendo para ir aprendiendo sobre Blockchain y cripto pasito a pasito, porque estar en Hive y no saber de cripto es ser como los abuelitos que tienen su dinero en el banco, pero no saben manejarlo por la web del banco, se me ocurren otras similitudes, aunque lo dejaré hasta allí, solo con la reflexión de que todos debemos estudiar y prepararnos.
Those classes were from the stage when Natalia started giving classes via Telegram for the @ubikalo community, an excellent community on Telegram that I recommend to go learning about Blockchain and crypto step by step, because being in Hive and not knowing about crypto is to be like grandparents who have their money in the bank, but do not know how to manage it through the bank's website, I can think of other similarities, although I will leave it there, just with the reflection that we should all study and prepare ourselves.
Creo que escuché todas las clases que Natalia dio en esa época y me quedé pegada al proyecto Hive Desde Cero, el cual siempre apoyaré y acompañaré aún con mi poco tiempo, pero con grandes ganas de seguir aprendiendo y ayudar.
Nunca imaginé que se presentaría la oportunidad de estar en el mismo momento y lugar en el que muchos Hivers de todas partes de Venezuela se conocieron por primera vez en persona en el Side Event de Caracas Blockchain Week en el que participé en el equipo de organización y fui Host del mismo en Bitcoin Café junta a un grupo de mujeres excelentes de esta cadena.
I think I listened to all the classes Natalia gave at that time and I got stuck to the Hive Desde Cero project, which I will always support and accompany even with my little time, but with a great desire to continue learning and helping.
I never imagined that I would have the opportunity to be in the same time and place where many Hivers from all over Venezuela met for the first time in person at the Side Event of Caracas Blockchain Week in which I participated in the organization team and was Host of the same in Bitcoin Café together with a group of excellent women of this network.
Otra actividad maravillosa fue llegar hasta un grupo de jóvenes futuros bachilleres de un liceo de Caracas junto a @caracasprin, @jonsnow1983 y @dimeilaz.
Another wonderful activity was reaching out to a group of young future high school students from a high school in Caracas together with @caracasprin, @jonsnow1983, and @dimeilaz.
Pero la cosa no quedó allí y organizamos nuestro propio Meet Up junto a @dimeilaz aprovechando que estábamos muchos y se convirtió en un fabuloso bochinche dónde drenamos a la máxima expresión para luego concentrarnos en el fuerte trabajo que sería el Stand de Caracas Blockchain Week, allí los acompañé algunos ratos y de pronto me convertí del plan de logística de transporte y aseguramiento de Merchandising por pedido de @arlettemsalase, espero haber ofrecido una óptima ayuda humildemente.
But things didn't stop there and we organized our own Meet Up together with @dimeilaz taking advantage of the fact that there were many of us and it became a fabulous bochinche where we drained to the maximum expression to then concentrate on the strong work that would be the Stand of Caracas Blockchain Week, there I accompanied them for a few moments and suddenly I became the logistics plan of transport and assurance of Merchandising at the request of @arlettemsalase, I hope to have humbly offered optimal help.
Así mismo, asumí ser Host de 2 paneles en la sala de conferencias, uno sobre NFT hechos en Venezuela y otro sobre Cripto Gaming y esta experiencia ha dejado abiertas increíbles puertas a mi vida, caminos que gustosa he tomado con humildad y sentido de servicio.
Likewise, I took on hosting 2 panels in the conference room, one on NFT made in Venezuela and another on Crypto Gaming and this experience has left incredible doors open to my life, paths that I have gladly taken with humility and a sense of service.
En el mes de diciembre organicé el siguiente evento para promover Hive para 50 personas y lo que me motivo a hacerlo fue la coalición de @hiveccs que junto a gente extraordinaria de nuestra cadena en esta ciudad estamos tratando de impulsar, y aunque nos ha llevado tiempo sé que cada paso que demos será certero por pequeño o grande que sea porque detrás de esto está la mejor gente que pueda existir y junto a quienes quiero concretar proyectos de mucho valor que lleven a Hive al infinito y más allá que es lo que todos queremos.
In the month of december, I organized the following event to promote Hive for 50 people what motivated me to do it was the @hiveccs coalition that together with extraordinary people of our chain in this city we are trying to promote, and although it has taken us time I know that every step we take will be accurate no matter how small or big it is because behind this are the best people that can exist and together with whom I want to realize projects of great value that take Hive to infinity and beyond which is what we all want.
Actualmente, me atreví a participar en Hives Top Model organizado por @hiveredcarpet y cada día ha sido de aprendizaje, creo que es un lujo estar junta a unas mujeres super empoderadas creciendo cada día y me refiero tanto a las organizadoras como alas participantes que también son todo un lujo, y ya el hecho de estar en esta dinámica me compromete a representar a nuestra cadena de forma integral y orgánica y que represente un orgullo para todos, ese compromiso está dado de todas maneras y así lo siento de muchas de mis compañeras.
El tiempo que le entrego a Hive es mi mejor tiempo, pero mi blog personal me ayuda a valorar y agradecer la vida que tengo y la vida que construyo para mi y para los míos cada día.

Currently, I dared to participate in Hives Top Model organized by @hiveredcarpet and every day has been a learning experience, I think it is a luxury to be together with super empowered women growing every day and I mean both the organizers and the participants who are also a luxury, and the fact of being in this dynamic commits me to represent our chain integrally and organically and that represents pride for everyone, that commitment is given anyway and I feel it from many of my colleagues.
The time I give to Hive is my best time, but my blog helps me to appreciate and be grateful for the life I have and the life I build for myself and my loved ones every day.
