Hello ASEAN Hive friends! I hope you're all doing well today! 😊
I'm thrilled to be joining the Hive community for the first time. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, baking desserts, cooking, and playing badminton. I also love traveling and exploring new foods—which is why the idea of blogging here on Hive appealed to me so much! I'm excited to connect with like-minded people and share my daily life and experiences with all of you. I'm looking forward to interacting with everyone here!
When I was young, I really wanted to be a teacher. That's why I pursued a Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEEd) at AMA University. After graduating and passing the LET exam, I enrolled in a master's program. While pursuing my master's degree, I applied for ESL teaching positions during my free time. Luckily, I recently secured a new ESL teaching job, which is my current focus.
"My passion for teaching has always been a driving force in my life, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to share my knowledge and enthusiasm with my students." Teaching isn't just a job for me; it's a vocation, a way to connect with others and share my love of learning."
I also run a small sari-sari store. Every morning, I wake up early to open it, and I enjoy interacting with my customers. My store is a big help to my family because it provides for our daily expenses. "My sari-sari store isn't just a business; it's the foundation of our family's financial stability, providing the means to meet our daily needs and ensuring a secure future for my loved ones. "The long hours and hard work I put into my sari-sari store are all worth it, knowing that it's the engine that drives our family forward, providing for our education, healthcare, and everything else that makes a home.
"I take immense pride in my sari-sari store, not just for the income it provides, but for the sense of independence and security it gives our family. It's a symbol of our hard work and our commitment to each other."
