Con mucho entusiasmo quiero compartir este recorrido que realice junto a mi familia y mi cuñado (que vino de visita desde Venezuela), por el conocido y muy popular Caminito, un sitio turístico emblemático de la ciudad de Buenos Aires, ubicado en el Barrio La Boca. Desde hace 6 años vivo en el país y no había tenido la oportunidad de visitarlo y quedé enamorada de su encanto y la pasión que transmite el argentino por su fútbol y el tango.
With much enthusiasm I want to share this tour that I made with my family and my brother-in-law (who came to visit from Venezuela), by the well-known and very popular Caminito, an emblematic tourist site of the city of Buenos Aires, located in the neighborhood of La Boca. I have been living in the country for 6 years and I had not had the opportunity to visit it and I fell in love with its charm and the passion that the Argentinian people transmit for their soccer and tango.
Iniciamos con la vista de un pequeño puerto que se encuentra en la desembocadura de un riachuelo con el río La Plata, por esta razón bautizaron con el nombre “La Boca” a este famoso barrio de la capital Argentina.
We start with the view of a small port that is located at the mouth of a creek with the La Plata River, for this reason they baptized with the name “La Boca” to this famous neighborhood of the Argentine capital.
Continuamos caminando y ya nos insertamos en uno de los más importantes museos al aire libre llamado Caminito, conformado por una calle peatonal que te va mostrando museos, artesanías, bailes, gastronomía e infraestructuras llenas de color, fabricadas en su mayoría por chapa y madera.
We continue walking and we enter one of the most important open-air museums called Caminito, a pedestrian street that shows you museums, handicrafts, dances, gastronomy and colorful infrastructures, mostly made of sheet metal and wood.
Los grandes fanáticos del fútbol han hecho de cada rincón un recuerdo para sus mejores leyendas, una de ellas Diego Armando Maradona, la cual tiene una tienda que te recibe a inicio del camino con una réplica de todos los accesorios que utilizó en su vida profesional como futbolística.

Continuamos caminando y es común ver en paredes de restaurantes y tiendas el rostro de otro importante del fútbol argentino como lo es Leonel Messi, su imagen y figura está en casi todas partes. Para los fanáticos de este deportista es un placer pasear y admirar cada retrato o accesorios emblemáticos de ésta y otras estrellas.

El tango y las tiendas de vino fueron otra característica importante de este pintoresco lugar, te encuentras con parejas demostrando sus habilidades de este apasionado baile con estilo y elegancia, es inevitable no hacer una pausa y deleitarte con una buena copa de vino y disfrutar por un rato el show que realizan para el público.

El enchapado de sus casas son rasgos que armonizan todo el camino que se recorre, colores muy llamativos que llaman la atención del turista. Además de mostrar figuras de cera de personajes relacionados con la política, religión y deporte del país.

Como es un barrio tan popular, obviamente posee un equipo de futbol llamado Boca, aquí mismo pudimos llegar al predio de su famoso Estadio Alberto J. Armando, pero conocido popularmente como “La Bombonera”. Posee colores iguales de llamativos como el azul y amarillo. Este lugar ya se encuentra finalizando Caminito, a su alrededor todo es azul y amarillo, kioscos, casas, tiendas, restaurantes y hasta los postes eléctricos. La invasión de Boca te rodea por cualquier lado que mires.
As it is such a popular neighborhood, it obviously has a soccer team called Boca, right here we were able to get to the grounds of its famous Alberto J. Armando Stadium, but popularly known as “La Bombonera”. It has equally striking colors such as blue and yellow. This place is already at the end of Caminito, everything around it is blue and yellow, kiosks, houses, stores, restaurants and even the electric poles. The invasion of Boca surrounds you everywhere you look.
La experiencia fue intensa y maravillosa, mi familia y yo por fin nos tomamos ese tiempo para visitar tan popular y turístico lugar de nuestra capital, valiendo la pena conocer una de las principales pasiones de todo argentino.
The experience was intense and wonderful, my family and I finally took the time to visit such a popular and touristic place in our capital, worth knowing one of the main passions of every Argentinean.
