Crecí en una familia experta en romper prototipos, de manera que he tenido pocas creencias y pocos arquetipos restrictivos, mas ninguno estamos exentos de ellos. Mi familia humilde decidió romper la falta de recursos económicos con estudiar a toda costa, enfrentar adversidades basándose en el amor incondicional, la aceptación de todos sin juicio ni criticas…amándonos y admitiéndonos tal como somos…una unidad familiar a toda prueba …ya eso es romper un paradigma.
Mi abuela y mi madre fueron mujeres divorciadas, con la coincidencia que nunca se quedaron a “aguantar” por necesidad, se abrieron su propia ruta con tesón y trabajo, ambas. Sin embargo mi madre solía repetirme que ojala yo no me divorciara `porque seria repetir la historia y esa creencia aunque sin deliberación hizo que trasladase mucho en el cuidado excesivo que tuve para encontrar pareja, una vez conseguida también trabajase incansablemente por una relación estable, hasta que por ahora lo he conseguido con 27 años junto a mi compañero. En ocasiones los paradigmas vienen con una intensión “sana” o acompañando lecciones de vida, hay que saber apreciar el envoltorio y decidir sobre lo que hay dentro.
Sin embargo la vida que siempre te sorprende y de repente ocurren cosas que hacen saltar o replantearse todas tus creencias limitantes o no. Con la enfermedad de mi hijo tengo una perspectiva diferente que tiene solamente 5 años de evolución; cambiaron mi parámetros para medir la amistad y el compromiso, cambiaron mis concepciones sobre el ejercicio de la medicina versus otras alternativas, cambio la manera de sentir y ver las cosas materiales, se transformaron las oraciones en sentido capital de vida, aprecio cada ser que se acerca aunque sea un minuto con un gesto solidario, el sentido del tiempo y su utilización se transfiguró …en fin cambio todo.
Lo primero que debemos realizar para romper los moldes heredados y los creados es aprender el lenguaje interno el cual es creador de significados y de significantes, el no puedo, el no va a suceder, estoy paralizado, es tu propia mente creando paradigmas nuevos limitadores. Otra amanera de reformularnos es evitando reaccionar automáticamente contra lo que no es contario en opinión o diferente a las creencias, a todo hay que darle oportunidad, debemos; observar, pensar, proceder y actuar en ese orden no reaccionario.
¡Tú y yo tenemos la decisión de decidir qué vamos a ser con nuestras vidas! O podemos dejar que el paradigma nos controle”. Bob Proctor. Esta frase resume lo que los “moldes” pueden hacer en la existencia de cada ser. Todos tenemos derecho y deber de “desmoldarnos” de aquello que nos frene el conocimiento y el crecimiento en cualquier área. Ser mas nosotros nos da libertad.

However, life always surprises you and suddenly things happen that make you jump or rethink all your limiting beliefs or not. With my son's illness I have a different perspective that has only been around for 5 years; They changed my parameters to measure friendship and commitment, they changed my conceptions about the practice of medicine versus other alternatives, I changed the way I feel and see material things, prayers were transformed into the capital meaning of life, I appreciate each being that I meet. brings even a minute closer with a gesture of solidarity, the sense of time and its use was transfigured...in short, everything changed.
The first thing we must do to break the inherited and created molds is to learn the internal language which is the creator of meanings and signifiers, I can't, it's not going to happen, I'm paralyzed, it's your own mind creating new limiting paradigms. Another way to reformulate ourselves is to avoid reacting automatically against what is not contrary in opinion or different from beliefs, we must give everything a chance, we must; observe, think, proceed and act in that non-reactionary order.
