2 chicken thighs (skinless and boneless)//2 muslos de pollo (sin piel y sin hueso)
1 large potato//1 papa grande
1 chili bell pepper//1 ají pimiento
1 white onion//1 cebolla blanca
2 carrots//2 zanahorias
3 tablespoons soy sauce//3 cucharadas de salsa de soja
1 tablespoon sugar//1 cucharada de azúcar
½ cup (coffee) vinegar//½ taza (café) de vinagre
½ cup (coffee) oil//½ taza (café) de aceite
Salt//Sal

First, chop the chicken into medium pieces, add salt and cumin and let it rest for about 10 minutes.
Primeramente, se pica el pollo en trozos medianos, se le agrega la sal y el comino y se deja reposar por unos 10 minutos.

En ese mismo aceite agregar el pollo e ir dorando por unos minutos para después incorporar nuevamente las especies, seguido de la salsa de soja, el azúcar y el vinagre. Ir moviendo bien para que se vayan dorando e integrando.
Finally, add the potatoes, carrots and half a cup of water and cook for 20 to 30 minutes until the potatoes are tender and the water is used up.
Por último se le añade la papa, la zanahoria y media taza de agua y se deja cocinar durante 20 o 30 minutos hasta que se ablanden y se gaste el agua.
