Continúo con los Dump de mi viaje a Galipán en Semana Santa; en esta oportunidad les comparto fotos del segundo lugar emblemático al que nos llevaron el día sábado, Picacho de Galipán. Después de almorzar, reposar y hasta grabar unos videos en la casa, nos fueron a recoger para llevarnos a una Chocolatería Emblemática en la zona de Picacho, que debe su nombre gracias a que en todo el frente está el Pico Picacho, uno de los puntos más altos de toda la montaña.
Allí nos dieron una breve historia del lugar y preparación de sus chocolates artesanales, nos leyeron parte de un cuento que no suelen compartir mucho a menos que se compre; recuerdo que dentro de la historia mencionaron que los duendes de las montañas colaboraban con la preparación de los chocolates, algo así; durante la lectura te dan un pedacito de chocolate para degustar, pero de forma guiada, es decir, primero nos piden oler el chocolate, luego probar con los ojos cerrados solo la mitad para prestarle atención a la textura y sabor según el porcentaje de cacao que tuviese para finalmente terminarlo de disfrutar.
Luego de eso nos llevan a otra área donde nos explican los distintos chocolates que elaboren por si se quisiera comprar y también nos dan una degustación. Yo quise comprar una tableta de chocolate oscuro, que tuvo un precio de 2$, que la verdad me gustó bastante, aunque no fue tan fuerte como el de otras marcas y eso que era 72% cacao, pero igual es una buena opción. Luego simplemente nos tomamos fotos hermosas en él mirador, para luego volver a nuestro transporte para ir al último punto que visitamos, que se los compartiré en el próximo post, jeje. Then they take us to another area where they explain the different chocolates they make in case we would like to buy them and they also give us a tasting. I wanted to buy a bar of dark chocolate, which was priced at 2 dollars, which I really liked, although it was not as strong as other brands and it had 72% cocoa, but it is still a good option.
