the "Astro Data Rescue" continues. I found some more pictures of the Eagle Nebula, in its center are the Pillars of Creation. Unfortunately, it will only be possible for me to continue with this object next year in late spring. Therefore I have now edited the data as far as possible. Unfortunately, due to the short total exposure time of only 72 minutes, there are still missing details and the noise is still very pronounced. Nevertheless, I don't find it so bad at all, and the pillars of creation are quite good to see. If you want you can have a look at them here in high resolution on the Hubble Space Telescope pictures. The second picture is only a crop of the first one so that the pillars are displayed somewhat larger.

die "Astro-Daten-Rettung" geht weiter. Ich habe noch ein paar Aufnahmen vom Adlernebel gefunden, in seinem Zentrum befinden sich die Säulen der Schöpfung. Leider wird es mir erst nächstes Jahr im späten Frühling wieder möglich sein bei diesem Objekt weiter zu machen. Deshalb habe ich die Daten jetzt einmal soweit es geht bearbeitet. Leider fehlt es durch die kurze Gesamtbelichtungszeit von nur 72 Minuten noch and Details und das Rauschen ist auch noch stark ausgeprägt. Dennoch finde ich es dafür gar nicht so schlecht, und die Säulen der Schöpfung sind schon recht gut zu sehen. Wer will kann sich diese hier auf den Bildern vom Hubble Weltraumteleskop in hoher Auflösung ansehen. Das zweite Bild ist nur ein crop vom ersten, damit die Säulen etwas gößer dargestellt werden.
