I cooked yesterday just like the old days. I missed this recipe of my mom . She served this with us sometimes long time ago.
- 2 big eggplant
- onions
- garlic
- 2 eggs
- red and green chili
Simple way of cooking. Saute the garlic and onions. until golden brown. Add the cubes of eggplant then cover it for 5 minutes. Put enough salt and add the eggs. It's done quickly and eat with rice.
