I begin by closing the bag's zip to its fullest extent, ensuring it's as tight as possible.
Using the pliers, i carefully grip the loose zip head and gently tighten it. Repeat this process on the opposite side of the zip head to ensure it's securely fastened.
Test the zip by opening and closing it a few times to verify that it now functions properly and remains secure.
