Hello my friends..
As usual, on the daily monomad Challenge I want to contribute my entry for the Challenge And this is the entry for the Monomad Challenge this time.
In this post, I want to tell you about the activities and atmosphere of the culinary market which is held every Sunday morning on the street. The culinary market has been around for a long time. However, this is the first time I have had the opportunity to go to this culinary market.
There are various types of food sold by traders here. Starting from cakes and drinks, as well as typical Acehnese food which is sold at this culinary market.
This culinary market opens from 7.30 to 12.00 WIB. Apart from that, the products sold here are processed by the community and local products and the ingredients are also locally sourced.
Well, that's all my post on this occasion. I hope the story and photos I share can entertain you all.
These are the ingredients or spices used to cook one type of food sold at this culinary market. Such as chilies, shallots, garlic and curry leaves.
This food preparation is tuna cooked with local spices. And food is called "Keumamah". This type of food is also a typical Acehnese food.
Oh yes, these photos are also my entry into the black and white photography challenge in this extraordinary community. Thank You
This is my entry for the #monomad challenge contest, hosted and curated by @monochromes.
