I love Yogurt and when I usually shop I don't miss the opportunity to make myself a delicious fruity drink!

And one of my favorite fruits to combine with Yogurt is the Strawberry and if I add peach to it we will have an exquisite drink, rich in protein and vitamins, ideal to consume in the morning, although if I'm honest, this kind of drink I can take it at any time.
As I love to share good things with you, today I share with you this recipe, simple, with few steps, but very delicious and healthy.
Now I invite you to make together this delicious Yogurt, Peach and Strawberry Smoothie.
Ingredients:
- 4 Tablespoons of Natural Yogurt without Sugar.
- 1 cup and a half of vegetable milk or drink, I used coconut milk.
- 7 Strawberries.
- 2 peaches.
- 2 tablespoons of honey.
- 1 teaspoon of Vanilla essence, optional.
Let's go with the preparation:
The first thing we always do is to wash and disinfect our fruits well.
After we have our fruits disinfected we are going to peel the peach and chop it together with our strawberries.
We put these fruits in the blender cup.
Add the Coconut Milk and the yogurt.
Now add the two tablespoons of honey, you can use whatever sweetener you have available.
And to add a touch more flavor we add a teaspoon of Vanilla Essence, this is optional.
We blend everything very well and we'll be left with a creamy and delicious smoothie! 🤤
Serve, add a few pieces of strawberry and that's it! Enjoy 😉

¡Amo el Yogurt y cuando suelo comprar no pierdo la oportunidad de hacerme una deliciosa bebida con frutas!

Y unas de mis frutas preferidas para combinarla con Yogurt es la Fresa y si a este le añado durazno tendremos una bebida exquisita, rica en proteínas y vitaminas, ideal para consumir en horas de la mañana, aunque si les soy sincera, esta clase de bebidas la puedo tomar a cualquier hora.
Como me encanta compartir las cosas buenas contigo, hoy te comparto esta receta, sencilla, con pocos pasos, pero muy deliciosa y saludable.
Ahora te invito a que juntos hagamos este delicioso Batido de Yogurt, Durazno y Fresa.
Ingredientes:
- 4 Cucharadas de Yogurt Natural sin Azúcar.
- 1 Taza y media de Bebida o Leche vegetal, yo he usado de Coco.
- 7 Fresas.
- 2 Duraznos.
- 2 Cucharadas de Miel.
- 1 Cucharadita de esencia de Vainilla, opcional.
Vamos con la preparación:
Lo primero que siempre haremos es lavar y desinfectar bien nuestras frutas.
Luego que tenemos nuestras Frutas desinfectadas vamos a pelar el Durazno y lo picamos junto con nuestras Fresas.
Estas frutas las echamos en el vaso de la licuadora.
Le agregamos la Leche de Coco y el yogurt.
Ahora le añadimos las dos cucharadas de Miel, puedes usar el endulzante que tengas a tu alcance.
Y para agregar un toque más de sabor añadimos una cucharadita de Esencia de Vainilla, esto es opcional.
¡Licuamos todo muy bien y nos quedará un batido cremoso y delicioso! 🤤
Servimos, le agregamos unos trocitos de fresa y listo! a Disfrutarlo 😉
