Instead of being subtle about it, she kept volunteering her ideas in big meetings, overshadowing her boss. Within six months, she was quietly pushed out. Not because she was incompetent, but because she failed to read the room.
What’s the lesson? If you’re smart and talented, use it wisely. Support your boss, make them look good, offer help privately, not in a way that steals the spotlight.

In real life, people skills often matter more than technical talent. It’s not about being fake or dishonest.you just have to understand human nature. People don't need rivals in disguise ,they need allies.
