Since I started playing again I have noticed that my tastes as an adult are somewhat different from those I had as a child, at that time I wanted easy games that had a lot of action and in which it was not frustrating to advance, today it is quite the opposite, I look for the games that most require me to master their controls and those that have a somewhat high difficulty or at least that escalate with the passing of the levels.
Pizza Tower is a good example of what my tastes are today, it has a gameplay that demands that you know the controls and demands that you have well-sharpened reflexes to go through its levels and what seems to be a game that at first looks simple It builds its gameplay very well and the various changes in it so that we have to improve all the time.
I could say that this game is a normal platformer, but I would be lying to you quite a bit, Pizza Tower is based on games like Mario or Sonic but I think that having had enough hours in it I can find several unique things, of course the graphic art stands out as soon as we enter to the tower and that feeling together with the music that something is watching us makes entering more interesting.
We have three levels of the tower that we will unlock, each with its own levels where we will have to enter and overcome the classic platform obstacles as normal, only this time the objective is actually to rescue the ingredients that are trapped by the whole level, but these also don't have the structure of traditional platform game levels and that's another thing I love
We arrive through a main door, from there without problems and without rush we can explore everything that the level has to offer, even grab some of the enclosed vegetables, here I have noticed that it is important to get used to the level and make things as fluid as possible, because when we get to the "end" of the level what we will realize is that a timer is set
From there we will have to run to the entrance of the level, the one where we came out, but things change minute by minute, you could say that this is the crazy phase of the level where the music speeds up and the enemies come out of all parts, we will have to use our reflexes and our understanding of the controls a lot to quickly get to the beginning before time runs out.
We do not have any life system and although there are some cliffs we will not die in any way, until after activating the timer, here there are several ways for the level to end and one is of course that we run out of time and another way is if A giant pizza that chases us in some levels catches us, there are also levels where we will have to face a boss and there we will have the traditional life system.
Even so, I think it is a worthwhile experience, for players who have only played simple platform games I think this is a step further and also more adult because there are some disturbing images in certain levels, well the truth is that everything The graphic art of this game has me on the verge of a panic attack because there are certain levels where there are even jumpscares, but I still recommend them if you want something different on your pizzas.
This is a difficult game, don't think that if you try hard enough there will be some extra life or some trick with which to pass the levels, in pizza tower you have to learn the controls and know how to use them in the best way or else you won't even pass the first ones. levels, it took me a week to get past the first floor of the tower playing quite a bit so I know what I'm talking about when I say that the game is difficult.

Desde que empece a jugar nuevamente he notado que mis gustos como adulto son algo diferentes a los que tenia de pequeño, en esa epoca queria juegos faciles que tengan mucha accion y en los que no fuese frustrante avanzar, hoy en dia es todo lo contrario, busco los juegos que mas me demanden masterizar sus controles y aquellos que tengan una dificultad algo elevada o al menos que escale con el paso de los niveles.
Pizza Tower es un buen ejemplo de como son mis gustos hoy, tienes una jugabilidad que demanda que te sepas los controles y demanda que tengas los reflejos bien agudizados para pasar por sus niveles y lo que parece que es un juego que al principio se ve sencillo va construyendo muy bien su jugabilidad y los diversos cambios en esta para que todo el tiempo tengamos que mejorar.
Podria decir que este juego es un plataformas normal, pero estaria mintiendoles y bastante, Pizza Tower se basa si en juegos como Mario o Sonic pero creo que teniendo bastantes horas en el puedo encontrarle varias cosas unicas, por supuesto el arte grafico resalta nada mas entramos a la torre y es que esa sensacion junto con la musica de que algo nos esta observando hace que adentrarnos sea mas interesante.
Tenemos tres niveles de la torre que iremos desbloqueando, cada uno con sus niveles en donde tendremos que entrar y superar como es normal los obstaculos clasicos de las plataformas, solo que en esta ocasion el objetivo es en realidad rescatar a los ingredientes que estan atrapados por todo el nivel, pero estos tampoco tienen la estructura de los niveles tradicionales de los juegos de plataforma y esa es otra cosa que me encanta
Llegamos por una puerta principal, desde ahi sin problemas y sin apuros podremos explorar todo lo que el nivel tenga para ofrecer, incluso agarrar algunas de verduras encerradas, aqui he notado que es importante irse acostumbrando al nivel y hacer las cosas lo mas fluido posible, porque cuando lleguemos al "final" del nivel lo que nos daremos cuenta es que se pone un temporizador
A partir de ahi tendremos que correr hasta la entrada del nivel, esa de donde salimos, pero la cosa va cambiando minuto a minuto, se podria decir que esta es la fase loca del nivel en donde la musica se acelera y los enemigos salen de todas partes, tendremos que usar mucho nuestros reflejos y nuestro entendimiento de los controles para llegar rapidamente hasta el principio antes de que se nos acabe el tiempo
No tenemos ningun sistema de vida y aunque hay algunos acantilados no moriremos de ninguna forma, sino hasta despues de activar el temporizador, aca hay varias formas de que el nivel acabe y una es por supuesto que se nos acabe el tiempo y otra forma es si una pizza gigante que nos persigue en algunos niveles nos atrapa, tambien hay niveles en donde tendremos que enfrentar a un jefe y ahi si tendremos el sistema de vidas tradicional.
Es un juego dificil este, no crean que si tratan lo suficiente habra alguna vida extra o algun truco con el que pasar los niveles, en pizza tower tienes que aprender de los controles y saber usarlos de la mejor forma o sino no pasas siquiera los primeros niveles, me tomo una semana pasar del primer piso de la torre jugando bastante asi que se de lo que les hablo cuando digo que es juego es dificil.
Aun asi creo que es una experiencia que vale la pena, para los jugadores que solo han jugado juegos de plataformas sencillos creo que este es un paso mas alla y tambien mas adulto porque hay algunas imagenes perturbadoras en ciertos niveles, bueno la verdad es que todo el arte grafico de este juego me ha tenido al borde de un ataque de panico porque hay ciertos niveles en donde hay incluso jumpscares, pero de todas formas se los recomiendo si quieren algo diferente en sus pizzas.
