All pollution is bad, whether it's organic waste pollution, noise pollution or even air or water pollution. Without a doubt, any of these problems are caused by us humans. I believe that in recent years, people's lack of awareness is what has caused an absurd amount of pollution. Education is something that needs to be passed down from father to son and this completely basic education in a family has been a problem in these new generations.
I myself learned from a young age that trash should be thrown in the trash. I have participated in incentive programs at school and even walks on this topic. Nowadays we don't see this as much in schools and when this subject is discussed, sometimes it is very superficial. It depends a lot on how the teacher wants to transmit this awareness and I always try to do my part when I need to address this subject with my students.
Where I live, the city is very wooded, but at the same time, it is possible to see some abandoned places with accumulated trash. I believe this problem is due to the city government, which even has an agency responsible for taking any type of furniture that we no longer use, but since I live in a gated community, they said they no longer accept anything. Before, it was possible to throw away old sofas, beds, wardrobes, among other things.
Because of this abandonment of looking for these things in gated communities, people started to find a way to dispose of these old belongings in their own way and that is why this garbage is increasing in these lots near the condominiums where I live. On the one hand, the blame lies with the City Hall, which no longer provides services in my area, and on the other hand, it is also the fault of these people who throw their old belongings anywhere on the street.
As I said before, I have an idea of what should and shouldn't be done when it comes to trash. Just to give you an idea, sometimes I even keep the trash in my pocket so that when I get home, I can throw it in a trash can. But that's just paper or even packaging that I wouldn't use anymore. For bigger things, I would have to look for a place on the street where I could throw my trash away. Since they were little, I've taught my children to have the same awareness as me and I realize that this current generation is quite complicated.
Although there are several challenges both near our home and even in other places in the world, pollution is something very difficult and complex to deal with. Our leaders should care more about how we are dealing with pollution, because the way things are going, it won't be long before we have side effects on nature. In a way, we may even have some things already happening, such as floods due to trash accumulated in the streets or even breathing air that is not so pure due to the heavy pollution.
I hope that many of these people who still don't care about our environment, for example, can change their behavior regarding the many ways in which our lives in the world are getting worse. A simple gesture of putting the trash in its proper place may not seem like a big deal, but if we all do our part, I have no doubt that we could make the world a better place.

Toda poluição é algo ruim, pode ser poluição de lixo orgânico, poluição sonora ou até mesmo poluição no ar ou mesmo na água. Sem dúvidas qualquer tipo desses problemas, é causado por nós humanos. Acredito que nos últimos anos, a falta de conscientização das pessoas é que tem causado um número absurdo de poluição. A educação é algo que precisa ser passado de pai para filho e esse ensino totalmente básico em uma família, tem sido um problema nessas novas gerações.
Eu mesmo desde pequeno aprendi que lixo deve ser jogado no lixo. Já participei de programas de incentivo na escola e até caminhadas sobre este tema. Hoje em dia a gente não vê tanto isso nas escolas e quando é discutido esse assunto, às vezes é passado bem superficialmente. Depende muito de como o professor quer transmitir essa conscientização e eu sempre tento fazer minha parte quando preciso abordar esse assunto para os meus alunos.
Onde moro, a cidade é bastante arborizada, mas ao mesmo tempo, é possível ver alguns lugares abandonados terem lixos acumulados. Acredito que esse problema se deve por conta da Prefeitura da cidade que eles até possuem um órgão responsável por levar qualquer tipo de mobília que não usamos mais, só que como eu moro em um condomínio fechado, eles disseram que não aceitam mais buscar mais nada. Antes era possível descartar sofá velho, cama, guarda roupa entre outras coisas.
Por conta dessa desistência em buscar essas coisas nos condomínios fechados, as pessoas começaram a dar um jeito de descartar esses pertences velhos pela sua própria maneira e é por isso que esses lixos estão aumentando nesses terrenos próximo aos condomínios onde moro. Por parte a culpa é da Prefeitura que não presta mais serviço na minha região e por outro lado, a culpa é também dessas pessoas que jogam seus pertences velhos em qualquer lugar na rua.
Como eu disse antes, eu tenho noção do que deve ou não fazer quando se trata de lixo. Só para ter uma ideia, às vezes eu até guardo o lixo em meu bolso para quando eu chegar em casa, posso jogar em algum cesto de lixo. Mas isso é um papel, ou mesmo uma embalagem que não usaria mais. Coisas grandes eu teria que procurar na rua um lugar onde eu poderia jogar fora o meu lixo. Desde pequenos eu ensino meus filhos a terem a mesma conscientização que eu e percebo que essa geração atual é bem complicada.
Apesar de que existem diversos desafios tanto perto de nossa casa ou mesmo em outros lugares no mundo, a poluição é algo bem difícil e complexo de lidar. Nossos líderes deveriam se importar mais com a forma como estamos encarando a poluição, pois do jeito que as coisas estão indo, não irá demorar muito para termos os efeitos colaterais na natureza. De certa forma, podemos até ter algumas coisas já acontecendo como enchentes devido a lixos acumulados nas ruas ou até mesmo respirar um ar não tão puro por conta da grande poluição.
Espero que boa parte dessas pessoas que ainda não se preocupam, por exemplo, com o nosso meio ambiente, possam mudar sua forma de agir sobre as diversas formas que estão piorando nossa vida no mundo. Um Simões gesto de colocar o lixo em seu devido lugar, pode até parecer que não é grande coisa, mas se todos fizermos nossa parte, não tenho dúvidas de que poderíamos transformar o mundo em um lugar melhor.
