Hola amigos!!! Estoy súper feliz de estar de nuevo aquí en la hermosa y empoderada comunidad de #ladiesofhive, me animé a realizar esta iniciativa que semanalmente la colmena nos invita a participar. Gracias a nuestra compañera @marivic10 por crear estas interrogantes que me sentaron a pensar y analizar, gracias a estas pude darme cuenta de mi manera de trabajar, en que puedo mejorar y a valorar una vez mas cada esfuerzo que estoy haciendo para comenzar mi propio emprendimiento. ¡Gracias!
Así que… ¡Comencemos!
1️⃣ ¿Cómo manejas el estrés laboral? ¿Lo llevas bien, o en algún momento te ha generado algún malestar de salud o problemas dentro de la familia? ¿Prefieres realizar tu trabajo de oficina desde casa?
Bien para darle una respuesta a la primera pregunta, considero que manejo muy bien el trabajo bajo presión. No me genera angustia a tal punto de perder el control de la situación y sentirme agobiada de tantas cosas. Tengo un truco y es saber organizarme o cuando me siento muy recargada y desorientada, simplemente me doy una pequeña pausa y tomo mi cuaderno de anotaciones y comienzo hacer una lista de las cosas que debo hacer como prioridad, las que puedo hacer luego del almuerzo y las que haré para el siguiente día.
A medida que voy realizando alguna tarea de mi lista voy tachando y así siento que estoy organizada, que no olvidaré nada importante y finalizar con éxito mis deberes laborales. Para mi esa es la clave para manejar el estrés que se te puede presentar en el trabajo, tener una agenda de actividades, realizar tu lista y comenzar uno por uno y paso a paso hacerlas será más fácil cumplir tus obligaciones sin morir en el intento.
A pesar de tener tips para calmar mi estrés laboral no me hace inmune a no vivirlo, es casi que imposible. Puedo contar una vez en la cual en mi antiguo trabajo viví un momento de tanto estrés que me ocasionó un fuerte dolor abdominal. Yo trabajaba en una tienda de ropa infantil y era la cajera principal, así que llevaba el control de dos cajas registradoras, realizaba el cierre fiscal de ambas y el registro diario del dinero que recibimos por las ventas.
Un dia en particular en el turno de la mañana la tesorera se llevó el dinero de la tienda de las ventas de todo el fin de semana (cabe destacar que era mucho dinero en efectivo) y no me habían informado que se lo habían llevado de manera que cuando llego en mi turno y abro la caja fuerte para buscar sencillo para dar vuelto a los cliente el dinero no estaba y la gerente no se “acordaba” que se habían llevado el dinero y eso fue para mi el momento más estresante de mi vida e incluso se me salieron las lágrimas porque pensaba lo peor y que debía pagar ese dinero que ya no estaba.
De repente recibo la llamada de la tesorera indicando que tomó el dinero y lo había depositado (me envió capture del bauche del depósito) Allí mi alma volvió al cuerpo y muy molesta con el personal a cargo de ese turno por no estar pendiente del retiro de ese dinero.
Gracias a dios tengo un nuevo empleo que a pesar que tengo el mismo cargo de cajera la empresa es mucho más estructurada e informativa al respecto, aunque manejar efectivo puede ser un poco estresante, influye mucho el equipo de compañeros que te rodean. Somos un total de cuatro cajeros y todos nos ayudamos de esta manera siempre estamos informados de todo y el trabajo es más llevadero y gratificante.
No es mentira que cuando trabajamos pasamos gran parte del día en él que en nuestro hogar, a veces digo en forma de chiste a mis compañeros de trabajo al finalizar la jornada laboral: ¡Ya vengo, voy un ratito a mi casa a dormir y regreso! jejeje porque de verdad sucede así, los trabajos presenciales nos absorben muchísimo tiempo y en mi caso particular soy madre de dos niñas pequeñas de 7 y 5 años que demandan tiempo de calidad con su mamá y eso es uno de mis proyectos a corto plazo.
Estoy muy agradecida con Dios primeramente por el empleo que tengo actualmente, no reniego de él porque gracias a este ingreso he logrado tener mis cosas, proveedor para mi familia y ayudar a mis padres en casa pero si estoy en la construcción de mi empleo soñado. En el cual desde casa pueda trabajar y organizar mi tiempo para compartir con mis hijas y familia. Es un proceso en el cual estoy construyendo paso a paso y que gracias a la plataforma de Hive lograré muy pronto. ¡Amen!
Estuve ausente por un tiempo por motivos personales así como algunos impedimentos para realizar publicaciones por factores de no tener los equipos necesarios para hacerlo, pero estoy de vuelta y le doy primeramente gracias a mi Dios por permitirme de nuevo estar aquí con ustedes y poder disfrutar de esto que tanto me apasiona y es la escritura y poder conectar con tantas maravillosas experiencias y personas que en esta plataforma de Hive nos permite socializar.

1️⃣ How do you handle work stress? Do you cope well with it, or has it ever caused you any health problems or problems within the family? Do you prefer to do your office work from home?
Well, to give you an answer to the first question, I consider that I handle work under pressure very well. It doesn't make me anxious to the point of losing control of the situation and feeling overwhelmed by so many things. I have a trick and that is to know how to organize myself or when I feel very overloaded and disoriented, I just give myself a little break and take my notebook and start making a list of the things I have to do as a priority, the things I can do after lunch and the things I will do for the next day.
As I am doing some task on my list I cross it off and so I feel that I am organized, that I will not forget anything important and successfully complete my work duties. For me that is the key to manage the stress that may arise at work, have an agenda of activities, make your list and start one by one and step by step doing them will be easier to fulfill your obligations without dying in the attempt.
Despite having tips to calm my work stress does not make me immune to not living it, it is almost impossible. I can tell you about a time in my old job when I experienced a moment of so much stress that it caused me severe abdominal pain. I worked in a children's clothing store and I was the main cashier, so I was in control of two cash registers, I did the fiscal closing of both and the daily record of the money we received from sales.
One day in particular in the morning shift the treasurer took the money from the store from the sales of the whole weekend (it should be noted that it was a lot of cash) and they had not informed me that they had taken it so that when I arrived on my shift and opened the safe to get the money to give change to the customers the money was not there and the manager did not "remember" that they had taken the money and that was for me the most stressful moment of my life. I was the most stressful moment of my life and even had tears in my eyes because I was thinking the worst and that I had to pay for the money that was gone.
Suddenly I received a call from the treasurer indicating that she had taken the money and had deposited it (she sent me a picture of the deposit box) There my soul returned to my body and I was very upset with the staff in charge of that shift for not being aware of the withdrawal of that money.
Thank God I have a new job that even though I have the same position as cashier the company is much more structured and informative about it, although handling cash can be a little stressful, it influences a lot the team of colleagues around you. We are a total of four cashiers and we all help each other in this way we are always informed of everything and the work is more bearable and rewarding.
It is not a lie that when we work we spend more of the day at work than at home, sometimes I say as a joke to my coworkers at the end of the work day: I'm coming, I'm going home to sleep for a little while and I'll be back! hehehe because it really happens like that, the on-site jobs absorb a lot of time and in my particular case I am the mother of two little girls of 7 and 5 years old that demand quality time with their mother and that is one of my short term projects.
I am very grateful to God for the job I currently have, I do not deny it because thanks to this income I have managed to have my things, provide for my family and help my parents at home but I am in the construction of my dream job. In which I can work from home and organize my time to share with my daughters and family. It is a process in which I am building step by step and that thanks to the Hive platform I will achieve very soon. Amen!
I was absent for a while for personal reasons as well as some impediments to make publications by factors of not having the necessary equipment to do so, but I'm back and I thank first of all my God for allowing me to be here with you again and to enjoy this that I am so passionate about and that is writing and to connect with so many wonderful experiences and people that this Hive platform allows us to socialize.
