Lol, your examples are really great 😂 like playing it without sound in a bar ... . Some of the scenes you described reminded me of Hindi movies like how their hero never dies even when his body is full of bullets.
I don't know why Cinema is going this path, and it becomes really hard to choose a movie to watch (to be sure it worth our time). Most of them has weak story lines, everything is clear so we dont wait for a surprise, and then they add a lot of boring scenes to fill the empty spaces. For me it is not really hard to understand what audiences need, but I guess these film makers are living in another space far from their audiences, simply I should say the Audiences became more clever than the film makers, they only need to look at everything in a revolutionary way, to change everything, bring something new to cinema and leave the cliques, there were some creative ideas in Korean cinema, and I guess we can expect more from other countries. But Hollywood is just dying in an absurd way with all the technology and wealth and actors/actresses they have and they could use them in great movies, they are fading away.
