Hello chess fans, it's been a while since I posted here for various reasons. That doesn't mean I haven't been following the many tournaments you've been hosting with the team. I can't participate in most of them due to work, but today I took a few minutes to play some games that I'm going to present to you.
It wasn't a perfect tournament by any means. In fact, I had to withdraw from it because I was on work hours, but I still managed to lose a few rating points against some good players. I was at a huge disadvantage in most of these games. I hadn't touched a board in months, and I hadn't trained in much longer. Time
Even so, I was able to win a few games. I'm not sure if they were deserved, but at least I had some points to stay on the list. I got to third place, but of course, with all the excellent players there, including some masters, it's difficult to keep up with them and, above all, beat them. I think I had very good opportunities, but I simply wasn't there.
For example, in this game against one of the tournament's masters, I had NO chance to do ANYTHING. They swept me. I don't know if I let these losses influence me because a few worse ones came afterward, but I was pretty disappointed. far behind in the table this time, next time I hope to have a little more skill to face them!
