On this occasion, I want to share with you a very, very delicious dessert: it is a chocolate, peanut and cambur cake. Taking advantage of the fact that the bananas I had in the fridge ripened faster than usual, being about to spoil, I decided to make this cake. In addition, my son made me a special request to make a cake with those bananas, since he had not made a cake for a while and was anxious. So I decided to prepare it and got down to work. Now I show you the ingredients and step by step:
En esta ocasión, quiero compartir con ustedes un postre muy, pero muy delicioso: se trata de una torta de cambur, chocolate y maní. Aprovechando que los cambures que tenía en la nevera se maduraron más rápido de lo habitual, estando a punto de echarse a perder, decidí hacer esta torta. Además, mi hijo me hizo el pedido especial de hacer una torta con esos bananos, ya que llevaba un tiempo sin hacer una torta y estaba ansioso. Fue así como me animé a prepararla y puse manos a la obra. Ahora les muestro los ingredientes y su paso a paso:

-100 grams of peanuts, -100 grams of vegan melted butter, -1 cup of sugar, -1 tablespoon of vanilla essence, -2 cups of wheat flour, -5 well ripened camburs, -2 tablespoons of baking powder, -5 tablespoons of cocoa powder, -100 grams of chocolate chips, -1 coconut to make the coconut milk, -1 glass of water, and the water extracted from the coconut.

Let's start the preparation: preheat the oven to 180 °C. Then, we will make the coconut milk. To do this, we remove the coconut shell and chop the pulp to make it easier to blend. We take the chopped pulp to the blender together with a glass of water and the water extracted from the coconut. Blend at high speed, strain and set aside.
Comencemos la preparación: precalentemos el horno a 180 °C. Luego, haremos la leche de coco. Para ello, retiramos la cáscara del coco y picamos la pulpa para facilitar su licuado. Llevamos la pulpa picada a la licuadora junto con un vaso de agua y el agua extraída del coco. Batimos a velocidad alta, colamos y reservamos.

Then, in a bowl, put the butter and sugar.Beat with an electric mixer until you get a smooth and homogeneous cream.
Luego, en un recipiente, ponemos la mantequilla y el azúcar. Batimos con la batidora eléctrica hasta lograr una crema homogénea y suave.

Then peel the camburs, mash them with the help of a fork and add them to the bowl of the cake mixture. Continue beating until everything is well incorporated.
Después pelamos los cambures, los trituramos con la ayuda de un tenedor y los agregamos al recipiente de la mezcla de la torta. Continuamos batiendo hasta que todo esté bien incorporado.
We release the electric mixer and take a wooden spoon, add the wheat flour together with the baking powder, sift and add to the mixture little by little alternating with the coconut milk, giving enveloping movements until well integrated.
Soltamos la batidora eléctrica y tomamos una cuchara de madera, unimos la harina de trigo junto al polvo de hornear, tamizamos y vamos agregando a la mezcla de a poco alternando con la leche de coco, dando movimientos envolventes hasta que estén bien integrados.
Now add the cocoa powder and continue with wrapping movements until all the ingredients are blended and the mixture is completely homogeneous.
Ahora añadimos el cacao en polvo y continuamos con los movimientos envolventes hasta que todos los ingredientes se fusionen y la mezcla esté completamente homogénea.

Add half of the peanuts and half of the chocolate chips to the mixture, then mix again gently to distribute them evenly.
Agregamos la mitad del maní y la mitad de las chispas de chocolate a la mezcla, y luego mezclamos suavemente para distribuirlos de manera uniforme.
After incorporating all the ingredients, pour the mixture into a buttered and floured pan, sprinkle the other half of chocolate and peanuts on top and bake for approximately 40 minutes.
Luego de incorporar todos los ingredientes, vertemos la mezcla en un molde enmantequillado y enharinado rociamos por encima la otra mitad de chocolate y maní y lo horneamos durante aproximadamente 40 minutos.

After the time has elapsed, we check our cake. To do this, we insert a toothpick in the center and if it comes out clean, it is ready. Otherwise, we wait a little longer until it is completely cooked.
Después de transcurrido el tiempo, revisamos nuestra torta. Para ello, insertamos un palillo en el centro y si sale limpio, estará lista. En caso contrario, esperamos un poco más hasta que esté cocida por completo.
Let it cool and then cut it to enjoy it.
Dejamos que se enfríe y luego la cortamos para disfrutarla.
