I want to share a delicious and healthy dessert that combines red apples, cinnamon, dates and nuts. This dessert is perfect for those looking to enjoy a sweet taste without excess sugar.
Quiero compartir un postre delicioso y saludable que combina manzanas rojas, canela, dátiles y nueces. Este postre es perfecto para quienes buscan disfrutar de un sabor dulce sin excesos de azúcar.
The red apples add freshness and juiciness, while the walnuts add a pleasant crunch. The cinnamon, with its fragrance, enhances the flavor of the mixture, and the dates offer a natural sweetness that balances all the ingredients.

To start my recipe, I decided to order all the ingredients I'm going to use.
Para empezar mi receta, decidí ordenar todos los ingredientes que voy a utilizar.
- 3 red apples.🍎
- 25 grams of dates.
- 25 grams of walnuts.
- 2 cups of water.
- 1 tablespoon sugar.
- 1 tablespoon vanilla essence.
- 1 tablespoon baking powder.
- 1 tablespoon salt.
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon.
- 2 bananas.
- 5 tablespoons sunflower oil.
- 2 cups of wheat flour.
**To decorate:
- 25 grams of walnuts.
- 1 apple.🍎
- Icing sugar to taste.

- 3 manzanas rojas.🍎
- 25 gramos de dátiles.
- 25 gramos de nueces.
- 2 tazas de agua.
- 1 cucharada de azúcar.

- 2 bananas
- 5 cucharadas de aceite de girasol.
- 2 tazas de harina de trigo.
** Para decorar:
- 25 gramos de nueces.
- 1 manzana.🍎
- Azúcar glass al gusto.
We start by washing, chopping and peeling the apples, then we remove the seeds and the skin and chop them into small squares.
Comenzamos lavando picando y pelando las manzanas, seguido le quitamos las semillas y la piel, picamos en cuadros pequeños.
*Now, we place in a pot the water, the apples chopped into squares, add the tablespoon of sugar and cinnamon, let cook until it softens a little apple pieces. 🍎
Ahora, colocamos en una olla el agua, las manzanas picadas en cuadros, agregamos la cucharada de azúcar y la canela, dejamos cocinar hasta que ablande un poco los trozos de manzanas. 🍎
After a few minutes, turn off the heat and let the mixture cool a little. In the meantime, mash the bananas with the help of a fork.
Luego, de pasados unos minutos, apagamos el fuego y dejamos refrescar un poco la mezcla. Mientras tanto pisamos los bananos con la ayuda de un tenedor.
Now transfer the mixture to the blender beaker with 4 tablespoons of the water in the mixture, blend on high until a thick compote-like mixture is formed.
Ahora y trasladamos la mezcla al vaso de la licuadora con 4 cucharadas del agua de la mezcla , batimos a nivel alto hasta que se forme una mezcla tipo compota con una textura espesa.
Add the dates to the applesauce mixture 🍎, shake the blender.
Añadimos los dátiles a la mezcla de compota de manzana 🍎, agitamos la licuadora.
We also add the bananas and sunflower oil.
Añadimos también los bananos junto al aceite de girasol.
Add the vanilla essence.
Agregamos la esencia de vainilla.
If you notice that the mixture is too thick in the blender beaker, add more water from the mixture we made in the first step of this recipe, stir and combine all the ingredients very well.
De notar que está muy espesa la mezcla en el vaso de la licuadora, le agregamos más agua de la mezcla que hicimos en el primer paso de esta receta, agitamos y combinamos muy bien todos los ingredientes.
Now we transfer the mixture to a container and we are going to add the powders, sift the wheat flour, add the baking powder and the pinch of salt. Stir with enveloping movements with the help of a paddle, and if necessary add the remaining water from the mixture of the first step.
Ahora trasladamos la mezcla a un envase y vamos a agregar los polvos, tamizamos la harina de trigo, agregamos el polvo de hornear y la pizca de sal. Removemos con movimientos envolventes con la ayuda de una paleta, y de ser necesario agregamos el agua restante de la mezcla del primer paso.
Now add half of the chopped walnuts, reserving the other half to decorate the dessert.
Ahora agregamos la mitad de las nueces picaditas, reservamos la otra parte para decorar el postre.
Now we transfer the mixture to the baking dish.
Ahora trasladamos la mezcla a la bandeja apta para hornear.
To decorate, chop the apple and add the walnuts to taste, transfer the tray to the oven previously turned on at 180° Celsius for 50 minutes or until a toothpick is inserted and comes out clean.
Para decorar picamos la manzana y colocamos las nueces a nuestro gusto, trasladamos la bandeja al horno previamente prendido a 180° centígrados, por espacio de 50 minutos o hasta introducir el palillo y salga limpio.
After the time ⏱️ remove the tray from the oven and let the dessert cool.
Pasado el tiempo ⏱️ retiramos la bandeja del horno y dejamos enfriar el postre.
Now we can enjoy this delicious red apple dessert with dates, cinnamon and nuts, but first we sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
Ahora sí a disfrutar de este delicioso postre de manzanas rojas, con dátiles, canela y nueces, pero antes le rociamos azúcar glass por encima.
