Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una receta de un batido que seguramente les encantará: un batido de mango, mandarina y banana. Este batido no solo es una combinación de sabores tropicales, sino que también está lleno de nutrientes. La dulzura del mango se mezcla con la frescura de la mandarina y la suavidad de la banana que le otorga cremosidad a este batido que es perfecto para comenzar el día con energía. Además, es muy fácil de preparar y puedes disfrutarlo en cualquier momento que desees.

-3 spoonfuls of sugar.
-3 tangerines.
-4 mangos.
-2 bananas.
-1 tablespoon vanilla essence.

The first thing I did was go to the back of the house where I live with my partner to pick up some mangoes for a snack, then I went out to the farmer's market to look for tangerines and bananas.
Lo primero que hice fue ir a la parte trasera de la casa donde vivo con mi pareja para recoger unos mangos de bocado, luego salí al mercado campesino en busca de mandarinas y bananas.
When I got back from shopping for the fruits, I set out to prepare our delicious smoothie. I started with the mangoes, washed them, peeled them in small pieces so I could blend them more easily.
Cuando llegué de hacer las compras de las frutas, me dispuse a preparar nuestro delicioso batido. Empecé por con los mangos, los lavé, pelé en trozos pequeños para así poder licuarlo con más facilidad.

Next, remove the shells from the bananas, cut into rounds and set aside.
Seguidamente, quite la concha a los bananos, corte en ruedas y reservé.

Ahora, vamos a quitar la concha de las tres mandarinas y a limpiar muy bien quitándole los hilos blancos, la cobertura transparente que cubre la pulpa y las semillas. Reservamos.

Once all the fruits are ready, add water to the blender cup and add the fruits one by one, starting with the mango, followed by the bananas and finally the mandarin pulp.
Luego de tener todas las frutas lista, agregamos agua al vaso de la licuadora y llevamos una a una las frutas, empezamos con el mango, seguido los bananos y por ultimo la pulpa de las mandarinas.
Then we shake the blender on high and let it blend and combine our smoothie very well.
Después agitamos la licuadora a nivel alto y dejamos que se licúe y combine muy bien nuestro batido.
Once the smoothie is ready, we turn off the blender and strain our smoothie.
Listo el licuado, apagamos la licuadora y colamos nuestro batido.
Afterwards, we wash the blender glass again and add the smoothie again, add the sugar.
Después, nuevamente lavamos el vaso de la licuadora y agregamos nuevamente el batido, agregamos el azúcar.

Now add the tablespoon of vanilla essence.
Ahora agregamos la cucharada de esencia de vainilla.
Finally, place the ice cubes in the glasses and then serve the tangerine, mango and banana smoothie.
Y finalizamos colocando en los vasos, los cubos de hielo y seguidamente servimos el batido de mandarina, mango y banana.
