Became a part of history by recording my hivepower on Hive's Birthday.

My Dear Hive is celebrating it's 3rd Birthday! We have come a along way and I am happy to not being a part of ~~steempileofshit~~. On such a happy day and celebration I will still talk a bit about history because it's important for me. When I joined Hive, all I had to do is get my own shovel and dig my own self cause I wasn't there when we forked. But this doesn't stopped me from learning.

Here I am quoting Guiltyparties from HW discord so those who are new can read for once about the history. I kept these short notes near to me to never forget something which is too basic. YES, If you cross post on both plateforms then I will see you as someone sitting on the FENCE.

Steemit is a security risk and we do not support it being used in any WAYS. The protocol its based on was compromised in an attack called a "51% attack" three years ago.

Everyone who an active supporter of Steemit and is helping them strengthen their position which has led to the theft of money from individuals and the destruction and centralization of a public blockchain will be automatically banned for fraud. We see the exploitation of such people as highly malicious. Nothing Hive does will ever benefit Steemit Inc no matter how many individuals it sends to Hive. It is morally reprehensible to support criminals just because said criminals give out a kickback.

In regards to people working for Steemit Inc: I do understand that many people from different parts of the world were hired and mislead originally. I get a lot of complaints and reports of discrimination from former and sometimes current Steemit users, usually because they realized that Steemit has been largely abandoned in terms of management. This does not excuse anyone's ignorance of the major attack that led to the creation of Hive. Everyone is an adult and all adults are expected to have the common sense to at least do a Google search on where it is they work. It's just basic respect to assume everyone is capable of being responsible.

Anyone who worked with Steemit Inc, which is responsible for the destruction of a public chain and the theft of funds of many innocent stakeholders, will be treated as any either full-time, remote, proxy or otherwise associated staff member of such entity within reasonable grounds. It is completely impossible for anyone to be engaged with or employed by this company, including in some official or proxy manner on their site, and be oblivious of the attack.

To cheerlead for Steemit Inc is to support the destruction of a public chain, theft of funds from regular people, attempted fraud and theft of dapps and projects, theft of work, and general fraud.

Steemit-related or not, any attempts to botnet Hive accounts or trick Hive community members to send funds through beneficiaries or governance to centralized accounts is treated as exploitation.

We can't "promote" Steem on Hive as a security risk. Steem is a centralized, private blockchain now. All wallets on it are subject to the sole discretion of Steemit Inc and Tron Foundation, which includes the integrity, access and safety of those wallets.
