Hello dear friends of lifestyle and @liketu, I didn't want to let this important day go by without telling all the women of the world, especially those of Hive “Tócate”. Performing breast self-examination is also an act of self-love.
No woman deserves to suffer from this disease, and from our own experience, we postpone these health controls, to which we have the right. Because we are young, because we feel good, because we don't have money and let's stop counting. Without realizing that this type of disease attacks silently at first, but if it is discovered in time, we can win this hard battle.
Since I was a teenager I have had this habit, at least once a month, or when I remember, although I don't have a specific routine, nor do I follow a detailed procedure about this, I do my best to do it continuously.
Today is International Breast Cancer Day, the ideal day to evaluate ourselves, what we are doing for ourselves, for our health and well being. I failed in several aspects of my self-assessment and I am aware that I have a lot to do for myself and a lot to change in my lifestyle. But, on the other hand, since I became a mom I have become more aware of that and have been correcting little by little some bad habits.
Today is a day to promote the importance of taking care of our health, it is a day to be empathetic with people who are going through this painful process or lost a loved one to this disease. But above all, it is a day to love ourselves, to be grateful for life and to keep fighting to live fully.
Hola queridos amigos de Lifestyle y @liketu, no quería dejar pasar este día tan importante, sin decirles a todas las mujeres del mundo, en especial a las de Hive "Tócate". Realizarse el autoexamen de mamas, es también un acto de amor propio.
Ninguna mujer merece sufrir esta enfermedad, y por experiencia propia, postergamos esos controles de salud, a los cuales tenemos derecho. Porque somos jóvenes, porque nos sentimos bien, porque no tenemos dinero y paremos de contar. Sin darnos cuenta de que este tipo de enfermedades ataca de manera silenciosa inicialmente, pero si se descubre a tiempo, podemos ganar esa dura batalla.
Desde adolescente he tenido este hábito, al menos una vez al mes, o cuando me acuerdo, aunque no tengo una rutina en específico, ni sigo un procedimiento detallado sobre esto, hago mi mayor esfuerzo de hacerlo continuamente.
Hoy se celebra el día internacional de la lucha contra el cáncer de mama, el día ideal para autoevaluarnos a nosotras mismas, sobre que estamos haciendo por nosotras, por nuestra salud y bienestar. Yo no aprobé en varios aspectos de mi autoevaluación y soy consiente de que tengo mucho que hacer por mí y mucho que cambiar en mi estilo de vida. Pero, por otro lado, desde que soy mamá he tenido mayor conciencia sobre eso y he ido corrigiendo poco a poco algunos malos hábitos.
Hoy es un día para promover la importancia de cuidar nuestra salud, es un día para ser empáticos con las personas que están pasando por este proceso tan doloroso o perdieron un ser querido en manos de esta enfermedad. Pero sobre todo es un día más para amarnos, estar agradecidas por la vida y seguir luchando para vivir plenamente.
