Esta publicación es para participar en el reto por @rutablockchain en el cual nos invitan a compartir nuestra mejor compra. Después de pensarlo un poco decidí hablar sobre un producto muy especial, una laptop que compré con mi primer sueldo de mi trabajo actual y que me ayuda en todas las labores que hago en HIVE. Esta laptop se ha pagado sola (bueno, yo tengo que operarla jejeje) en varias ocasiones y sin duda es una gran herramienta.
Tuvo un costo de $15,000 Mexicanos, lo que viene siendo aproximadamente 750 Dólares. Estoy consciente que por ese precio podría haberme comprado una computadora de escritorio mucho más potente, pero les voy a platicar algunas de las ventajas de esta laptop y por lo cual no me arrepiento:
- Tiene un disco de estado sólido (SSD) de 512 GB, esto significa que prende en segundos y en general es muy rápida.
- También tiene 8 GB en memoria RAM y un procesador bastante rápido.
- La tarjeta de video no es muy avanzada, no me sirve para jugar juegos muy pesados, pero al mismo tiempo esto es bueno porque así no invierto tanto tiempo en cosas poco o nada productivas.
- Es ligera, y con esto vamos a la gran ventaja que tiene contra una computadora de escritorio. Esta laptop la puedo transportar fácilmente. Al menos dos días a la semana vamos a casa de mis padres y la llevo conmigo para sí poder estar al pendiente de mi trabajo y poder hacer publicaciones cuando es necesario.
Tiene muchas otras ventajas y cosas que me gusta. EL color, el teclado y la conectividad que tiene, siempre la tengo conectada a un monitor de tamaño mediano y esto hace que pueda estar en varias cosas al mismo tiempo.
Pienso que esta laptop fue una muy buena compra, ya llevo casi seis meses con ella y no me ha fallado, a veces tiene unos detallitos en el navegador al reproducir videos, pero son cosas mínimas. Como mencioné, le he sacado mucho provecho y estoy agradecido porque aunque sé que podría hacer muchas cosas desde el celular, la verdad sería muy incómodo. Tener una laptop o computadora de escritorio para trabajar en HIVE es una gran, pero gran ventaja.

This is my participation for the challenge made by @rutablockchain where they invite us to share our best purchase. After thinking about it for a bit I decided that I wanted to talk about a very special product, a laptop that I bought with my first payment on my current job and which is my main tool to do all my work in HIVE. This laptop has paid itself several times (well, I have to operate it hehehe) and without a doubt it has been a great tool.
It had a cost of $15,000 Mexican Pesos, which in Dollars would be 750 USD. I know that with this cost I could have bought a better desktop PC, but I'm going to share some great advantages that this laptop has and why I do not regret the purchase:
- It has a SSD of 512 GB, which means that it starts in seconds and in general is very quick.
- It also has 8 GB of RAM and a fairly quick processor.
- It is very light, and this brings me to the great advantage that my laptop has against a desktop computer. I can transport it very easily. At least two times a week we visit my parents and I can take my laptop with me, so I can be up to date with my Hive work and make a post if it's necessary.
It has many more advantages and I really like the color, the keyboard and the connectivity it has, I always have it plugged into a monitor of medium size and this way I can do many things at the same time.
I think that this laptop was a very good purchase, I've had it for almost six months and it has never failed me, sometimes it has some minor details on the browser when reproducing videos. As I mentioned, I have taken a lot of advantage and I'm vert grateful because even though I know I could do many things from a cellphone it would be very uncomfortable for me. Having a laptop or desktop PC to work on HIVE is a very big advantage.
