This Wednesday I was at home cleaning and when I got rid of this activity, I decided to prepare a nutritious and delicious lunch. In the past few days I bought some lemons that I had not used. That's why I wanted to give a different taste and flavor by adding lemon to the chicken. The flavor of the chicken stood out, the lemon combined perfectly with the other ingredients added to this exquisite dish.
This recipe was enough for two people. Here is my step by step.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 chicken thighs equivalent to 650 grams
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 lemon (zest + juice)
- Soy sauce to taste
- Garlic sauce to taste
- Olive oil
- Cup of water
- Salt and pepper to taste.

PREPARATION
I started by washing the thighs well and removing part of the fat, leaving the skin on. This time, I wanted it to cook in its own fat. Once the chicken was cleaned, I began to season it with salt, pepper, soy sauce, garlic sauce, crushed garlic, olive oil and finally the lemon juice and zest. With my hands I proceeded to coat and mix the chicken well with the ingredients.

I took a pot, added the chicken and took it to medium heat. This was so that it would release its juices and seal. I left 5 minutes in principle on each side. I added water and covered for 20 minutes, 10 minutes per side. After this time this delicious chicken was ready. I garnished it with chopped fresh cilantro and lime zest. I served this chicken with lime to add some fresh juice which I accompanied with rice and lentils.

Hola a todos mis amigos de @foodiesbeehive. Es un placer saludarlos y desearles un felíz viernes. Hoy les comparto una preparación muy especial, se trata de muslos de pollos al limón. Receta que acompañé de un delicioso arroz con lentejas.
Este miércoles estaba en casa limpiando y cuando me desocupè de esta actividad, decidí preparar un almuerzo nutritivo y delicioso. En días pasados compré algunos limones que no había utilizado. Es por ello, que quise dar un gusto y sabor diferente agregándole limón al pollo. El sabor del pollo resaltó, el limón se combinó perfectamente con los otros ingredientes agregados a este exquisito plato.
Esta receta alcanzó para dos personas. A continuación mi paso a paso.
INGREDIENTES
• 2 muslos de pollo equivalente a 650 gramos
• 4 dientes de ajo
• 1 limón (ralladura+jugo)
• Salsa de soya al gusto
• Salsa de ajo al gusto
• Aceite de oliva
• Taza de agua
• Sal y pimienta al gusto.
PREPARACIÓN
Inicié lavando bien los muslos y retirando parte de la grasa, dejándole la piel. En esta oportunidad, quise que se cocinara con su propia grasa. Ya limpio el pollo, comencé a aderezarlo con la sal, pimienta, salsa de soya, salsa de ajo, ajo triturado, aceite de oliva y por último el jugo y ralladura del limón. Con las manos procedí a cubrir y mezclar bien el pollo con los ingredientes.
Tomé una olla, agregué el pollo y llevé afuego medio. Esto para que desprendiera sus jugos y sellara. Dejé 5 minutos en principio por cada lado. Agregué agua y tapé por 20 minutos, 10 minutos por cada lado. Transcurrido el tiempo este delicioso pollo estaba listo. Lo adorné con cilantro fresco picado y ralladura de limón. Serví este pollo con limón para agregar algo de jugo fresco que acompañé con un arróz con lentejas.
Asi que después de mi rutina de trabajo, disfruté de un delicioso, nutritivo y saludable almuerzo. Anímense a preparar esta suculenta receta, fácil, con pocos ingredientes y deliciosa. Felíz fin de semana 🤗.
