Hello to all my respected friends of @plantpower(vegan). It's a pleasure to greet you and wish you the best of days. Today I share with you a very special, delicious and quick to prepare recipe. It is sautéed vegetables in soy sauce and garlic.
Friends these days, I found beautiful, fresh vegetables at great prices, especially cabbage. I almost always prepare this vegetable raw in salads. So I was motivated to buy more cabbage to make different preparations; among them this delicious vegetable that I share with you today.
Another advantage of buying cabbage this time was the price, which at that time was relatively inexpensive compared to other vegetables. Also, I have to highlight its many healthy nutritional properties for our body. Finally, I would like to point out that this recipe was delicious, since I combined it with other vegetables that added flavor and color to my preparation. This recipe was something similar to a "Chop Suey" of only vegetables. I loved it 💕.
This recipe yielded for four large servings. Below is my step by step.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 small cabbage
- 2 small carrots
- 1 medium bell pepper
- 2 small onions
- Soy sauce to taste
- Garlic sauce
- Olive oil for sautéing vegetables
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 cup of ag
PREPARATION
For this preparation I cut all the vegetables into julienne strips and set aside. I took a frying pan, added olive oil and began to sauté the onion. I removed it to a plate, then added olive oil again and sautéed the paprika for a while. I removed it and added the carrot to the pan for three minutes. After that time I removed it from the pan and added the cabbage. I let it sauté for just a minute.

Then, I added each of the sautéed vegetables and mixed carefully over medium heat. I added the soy sauce and garlic. Immediately, I took the cup with water and added the cornstarch and salt. Once diluted I added to my preparation. I mixed and checked that the colors of my vegetables were highlighted. I only left it for three minutes from the moment I added the cornstarch.

This preparation is very succulent, nutritious, delicious and very quick. The vegetables just sautéed, the cabbage and the leftover vegetables were crispy and not as cooked as I like. The soy sauce provided that characteristic flavor for this recipe and vegetables. I loved it. I hope you can enjoy at home this delicious vegetables.

Hola a todos mis respetados amigos de @plantpower(vegan). Es un gusto saludarlos y desearles el mejor de los días. Hoy les comparto una receta muy especial, deliciosa y rápida de preparar. Se trata de vegetales salteados en salsa de soya y ajo.
Amigos en estos días, encontré vegetales hermosos, frescos y a excelentes precios, especialmente el repollo. Casi siempre este vegetal lo preparo crudo en ensaladas. Por lo que que me motivé a comprar más cantidad de repollo para hacer diferentes preparaciones; entre ellas esta delicias de vegetales que les comparto hoy.
Otras de las ventajas de comprar repollo en esta oportunidad, fué el precio, que en ese momento estaba relativamente económico en comparación con otros vegetales. Asimismo, tengo que destacar sus múltiples propiedades nutritivas saludables para nuestro organismo. Por último, destacar que esta receta amigos me quedó deliciosa, ya que combiné con otros vegetales que aportaron sabor y color a mi preparación. Esta receta quedó algo parecido a un "Chop Suey" de sólo vegetales. Me encantó 💕.
Esta receta rindió para cuatro porciones grandes. A continuación mi paso a paso.
INGREDIENTES
• 1 Repollo pequeño
• 2 zanahorias de pequeñas
• 1 pimentón mediano
• 2 cebollas pequeñas
• Salsa de soya al gusto
• Salsa de ajo
• Aceite de olviva para saltear los vegetales
• 1 cucharada de Maizina
• 1 taza de agua
PREPARACIÓN
Para esta preparación corté en juliana todos los vegetales y reservé. Tomé un sartén, agregué aceite de oliva y comencé a saltear la cebolla. Esta la retiré en un plato, para luego volver a agregar aceite de oliva y saltear el pimentón durante. Lo retiré y agregué la zanahoria al sartén por tres minutos. Una vez pasado ese tiempo retiré del sartén y agregué el repollo. Lo dejé saltear sólo un mínuto.
Posteriormente, agregué cada uno de los vegetales salteados y mezclé cuidadosamente a fuego medio. Agregué en ese momento la salsa de soya y ajo. De inmediato, tomé la taza con agua y agregué la maizina y sal. Una vez diluida agregué a mi preparación. Mezclé y comprobé que se resaltaron los colores de mis vegetales. Sólo tres minutos dejé desde el momento de agregar la maizina.
Esta preparación es muy suculenta, nutritiva, deliciosa y muy rápida. Los vegetales sólo salteados, el repollo y el restos de vegetales quedaron crujientes y no tan cocidos como me gusta. La salsa de soya aportó ese sabor característico para esta receta y vegetales. Me encantó. Espero puedan disfrutar en casa de esta delicias de vegetales.
