Yesterday evening after a day of work at mom's house I wanted to eat something nutritious and healthy. In the fridge there was a beautiful broccoli and I decided to prepare with corn flour some delicious tortillas to fill. This would be my dinner and breakfast. So I said to myself “let's get to work”. Here is my step by step and the quantities used yielded 8 tortillas.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 small broccoli.
- 1 cup of white corn flour
- 1 salt to taste
- 1 cup of water.
Preparation
First was to cut the broccoli and for this recipe I only used the flowers. I washed them and let them soak in water and vinegar for three minutes. Then, I strained them and added them to the blender. I also added the water and salt. I processed well until a homogeneous mixture was obtained.

I poured the contents into a container, added the corn flour and proceeded to knead very well. I let the dough rest for 5 minutes and then I kneaded again and formed small balls of the same size. I cut 2 square pieces of plastic wrap and placed one of them on a board. I took a small ball, put the other piece of plastic on top and stepped on it with a wooden board. The result was incredible, very fine and beautiful.

I took a frying pan, put the heat on medium low and let it heat up. I programmed the time on my phone for 3 minutes and added the first tortilla which was cooked on each side in the programmed time. The time was exact as I had the alarm to turn and remove each tortilla. They turned out beautifully with excellent consistency, color and flavor. They were moldable and can be eaten with the filling of our preference. This recipe is a fantastic option for breakfast and also for dinner. I kept some of my tortillas in a container in the fridge for another day. I hope you can prepare this delicious recipe.

Hola a todos apreciados amigos y respetada comunidad @plantpowervegan. Hoy compartiendo con ustedes una grandiosa preparación: tortillas de brócoli. Espero les guste tanto como a mi esta nutritiva y deliciosa receta.
Ayer en la tarde noche después de una jornada de trabajo en casa de mamá quería comer algo que aportara nutrientes y que fuera saludable. En la nevera habia un hermoso brócoli y decidí preparar con harina de maíz unas ricas tortillas para rellenar. Esta sería mi cena y desayuno. Es asi me dije "manos a la obra". A continuación mi paso a paso y las cantidades utilizadas rindieron para 8 tortillas.
INGREDIENTES
• 1 brócoli pequeño.
• 1 taza de harina blanca de maiz
• 1 sal al gusto
• 1 taza de agua.
Preparación
Primero fué cortar el brocoli y para esta receta solo utilicé las flores. Las lavé y dejé remojando con agua y vinagre por tres minutos. Posteriormente, las colé y agregué a la licuadora. Asimismo, agregué el agua y la sal. Llevé a procesar bien hasta lograr una mezcla homogénea.
Vertí el contenido en un envase, agregué la harina de maiz y procedi a amasar muy bien. Dejé reposar la masa por 5 minutos y luego volví a amasar y formar bolitas del mismo tamaño. Corté 2 trozos cuadrados de papel plástico y Coloqué en una tabla uno de ellos. Tomé una bolita, puse encima el otro plastico y pisé con una tabla de madera. Increíble el resultado muy fino y hermoso.
Tomé una sartén, puse el fuego medio bajo y dejé calentar. Programé el tiempo en mi teléfono por 3 minutos.Agregué la primera tortilla que se cocinó por cada lado en el tiempo programado. El tiempo fué exacto ya que tenia la alarma para voltear y retirar cada una de las tortillas. Quedaron hermosas y de excelente consistencia, color y sabor. Quedaron moldeables y que se pueden comer con el relleno de nuestra preferencia. Esta receta es fantástica opción para el desayuno y también la cena. Una parte de mis tortillas las guardé en un envase en la nevera para otro día. Espero puedan preparar esta deliciosa receta.
