Nowadays, one of my main goals is to prepare nutritious, healthy, and easy-to-make recipes in my kitchen. In my experience, buying boneless chicken is practical and a way to create a variety of recipes with different ingredients.
That is why I prepared chicken with the vegetables I chose this time, such as zucchini and beans. These very fresh and inexpensive vegetables made this preparation a succulent lunch for the whole family 👪. Below is my recipe which yielded for 6 people.
INGREDIENTS
- 600 grams of chicken fillets.
- 1 large zucchini
- 400 grams of green beans
- 1 medium red bell pepper
- 2 small onions
- 1/2 cup water
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil
PREPARATION
The first thing I did in this preparation was to cut the chicken into small pieces and wash it well. I added a spoonful of vinegar and salt. I took a large frying pan that we call here "paella pan". I took it to moderate heat and added olive oil to sauté the chicken and seal it well.

After approximately 10 minutes I added the onion and the paprika previously chopped in small pieces. I covered and let it cook for five more minutes. During that time I proceeded to cut into small squares the zucchini and the pods. I mixed my ingredients well. After approximately three minutes I added the water so that the flavors would combine well, at this moment I lowered the heat and let it cook for five minutes.

Hola a todos mis amigos de @foodiesbeehive. Es un gusto saludarlos esperando se encuentren bien. Hoy les comparto una receta deliciosa, nutritiva y fácil de preparar. Se trata de filete de pollo con vegetales.
Hoy en día preparar recetas que sean nutritivas, saludables y rendidoras en mi cocina, es uno de los objetivos principales. Por experiencia, comprar pollo deshuesado me resulta práctico y una manera de crear variedad de recetas con diferentes ingredientes.
Es por ello, que preparé pollo con los vegetales que escogí en esta oportunidad como lo fueron calabacín y vainitas. Estos muy frescos y a bajo costo hicieron de esta preparación un suculento almuerzo para toda la familia 👪. Acontinuación mi receta que rindió para 6 personas.
INGREDIENTES
• 600 gramos de filetes de pollo.
• 1 calabacín grande
• 400 gramos de vainitas
• 1 pimentón rojo mediano
• 2 cebollas pequeñas
• 1/2 taza de agua
• Sal al gusto
• Aceite de oliva
PREPARACIÓN
Lo primero que realicé en esta preparación fué cortar en trozos pequeños el pollo y lavarlo bien. Este le agregué una cuchadada de vinagre y sal. Tomé un sartén grande que llamamos aquí "paellera". Esta la llevé al fuego moderado y agregué aceite de oliva a fin de saltear el pollo y sellarlo bien.

Después de 10 minutos aproximadamente agregué la cebolla y el pimentón previamente cotado en trocitos pequeños. Tapé y dejé cocinar por cinco minutos más. Durante ese tiempo procedí a cortar en cuadritos el calabacín y la vainitas en tamaño pequeños. Mezclé bien mis ingredientes. Al cabo de tres minutos aproximadamente agregué el agua para que se combinaran bien los sabores, en este momento bajé fuego y dejé cociar por cinco minutos.

Esta receta quedó con exquisito sabor y olor. En la sencillez del hogar logré disfrutar de un almuerzo nutritivo y delicioso. Espero les haya gustado mi receta de esta semana. A todos que tengan un felíz día.
