Un saludo caluroso a los compañeros de esta estupenda comunidad. Hoy les traigo un jugo de calabaza, auyama o zapallo. Este jugo contiene muchos nutrientes, fortalece el sistema inmunitario porque posee mucha agua y fibra. Espero que les guste.

_500 gramos de auyama, calabaza o zapallo.
_4 tazas de agua para hervir el vegetal.
_20 gramos de papelón.
_2 vasos de agua filtrada y fría.
_1 cucharadita de esencia de vainilla.
_1 cucharadita de Jengibre en polvo.
_1 cucharadita de canela en polvo.
500 grams of pumpkin or squash.

1 teaspoon vanilla essence.

1.- Comenzamos lavando, quitando las semillas y la concha a la auyama, calabaza o zapallo y picando en trozos pequeños.

2.- Ahora en una olla agregamos los trozos de auyama, calabaza o zapallo y luego el agua. Encendemos la cocina, dejando que hierva hasta que ablande todas las porciones.

3.- También piqué con ayuda de un cuchillo el trozo de papelón, le agrego poco porque no me gusta hacer los jugos con tanto dulce.

4.- Ahora le agrego de una vez la porción de canela y jengibre en la olla, con los otros ingredientes.

5.- Tapamos la olla para que hierva y se cocine más rápido la auyama, calabaza o zapallo.

6.-Ya pasado el tiempo, revisé si estaba blanda la auyama, calabaza o zapallo y, si ya ablandó, retiro de la hornilla y dejó que se ponga a temperatura ambiente, para luego batirlo.

7- Luego de un tiempo, llevo la auyama calabaza o zapallo a la licuadora.
