Showing gratitude like we always say is an application for more. Whenever we tend to appreciate people for even the smallest of opportunity they've shown to us we simply opens the door for a next time and that's why thank you is one of the five magic words we have unlocking what we can't.
But then when it comes to gratitude, it can mean one in a million things. A lot of us see gratitude from just a particular perspective which entails being grateful to someone after rendering a helping hand to us which absolutely isn't wrong but very correct. But then gratitude can also mean being thankful to oneself, appreciating even the little we have as individuals while still hoping for the best to come and then the air we breath which is life and so many other stuffs. The moment seventy percent (70%) of people begins to see gratitude from all these perspectives then am pretty sure the world is gonna be filled with lots of people who really exhibit an atom of actual gratitude.
So many times, I really do appreciate God for the gifts of men because whether we like it or not we need good people in our lives that are willing to stretch forth helping hands when we most needed it and not people that only sweet talks cause not everyone wants to help so for the few we have, we are indeed grateful.
The one time out of so many times have been grateful for the show of love towards me was sometime around last year. That particular period was a real trying period for me with lots of stuffs to do meanwhile the resources was scares. I reached out to a few persons who have been promising me heaven on earth but their words only fell to the ground. Some backed out of the relationship which is sure painful but on the other hand I was glad that there was a separation between the sheep's and wolfs. It got to a point I stopped asking for assistant and just allow the whole thing slide but deep down inside me I wished help would come from a genuine person.
So while I was about giving up on my pursuit before noon of that particular day a friend I call brother phoned me. Without saying a word to him about what I was going through he asked for my bank details and that was how he wired more than the amount of money I needed to sort things out. After receiving the alert, what I called hot tears 😭 fell from my eyes. You know when you never expected something to happen but then it happened the appreciation tends to be different. I never stopped thanking him all through that week that it got to the point he was telling me to reduce the way I thank him and then I opened up to him how much the money he sent was a blessing to me there and then he promised to give another amount of money and fulfilled just like he have said. Till date am still very much grateful I got help when I much needed it.
