Hello lovers of @amazingdrink, welcome you all to my blog. Today am thrilled to share with us all a delightful recipe formulation which helps to rejuvenates the body system that too serves as a blood tonic drink to help one boost blood flow in the body.
This blood tonic is a combination of fresh pumpkin leaves, and liquid peak milk, some of the health benefits of these drinks and the purpose of which I love making it is that the presence of iron contributes to boosting blood in the body system and prevent anemia. It is also rich in vitamin A, potassium which is required for muscle contractions and as well boost the immune system.
Over and over again I will pick pumpkin smoothie over all other smoothies knowing it doesn't just serve as a mere drink to be enjoyed but a blood supplement boosting the circulation of blood flow in my body, providing me with strength and making the skin even fresher. My mom loves preparing this smoothie not only when we are ill but even when we are healthy too.
To get started with the pumpkin smoothie, these were the ingredients I used of which can be gotten in our diverse locality.
- Pumpkin leaves
- Liquid peak milk ( 87g)
- Water (500ml)
Materials
*Sieve cloth
*Spoon
*Cup
PROCEDURES
To begin with the procedures for the pumpkin smoothie, in a bowl you put in the pumpkin leaves and add in a good amount of water to rinse the leaves properly and free from dirt.
After rinsing properly, I added in the 500ml of water and with your hand squash out the leaves to get the juice.
With the aid of a sieve cloth, we use it to separate the juice from the chaff to get a smooth texture.
After the separation is done, I went ahead to add the liquid milk into the juice, stirred properly with a spoon and our healthy pumpkin smoothie is ready for consumption.
