What a great selection of paintings. This time we don't agree on the selection of the three most liked ones,But no matter, Most of the works you present are from an era that I adore.
In Spanish art, the late 20's and 30's fascinate me. The Andalusian dog is from 1929 (I think). Joaquín Peinado's painting somehow makes me shudder. It is a “magical” cubism. The telephone of Antonio Lopez, I also like it, but in another way. I recognize that it is disturbing (for me), but I feel it is different, it speaks a language I understand less.
In short, I congratulate you for the good taste that can be appreciated in this selection of paintings.
I could not stay without saying that your statements about the viewer's gaze are more than true.
Thank you very much for showing us this set of artworks and for the text
Happy afternoon, @avdesing.
