Assalam-u-Alaikum everyone! 🌞My Sunday started with a beautiful morning here in my hometown, where I’m currently spending some vacation time. Being back home always feels so comforting there’s a special kind of joy in being surrounded by elders who share stories and wisdom, and kids whose energy is just infectious! I’ve been enjoying every bit of it, from cozy family chats to playful moments with the little ones.In my free time today, I created a cute piece of mosaic style painting that brought back memories of my childhood. Making art like this has been my habit since I was a kid, and it still makes me just as happy and peaceful today.
Material I used to made my mosaic art:-
Pencil
Black pointer
Colors
Blank page
Mobile phone
Procedure how I made this artwork, step by step:-
(Drawing) I began by drawing the outline of the boat, sails, and background lightly with a pencil to place everything in order.
(Neatening) Once I was satisfied with the layout, I traced over the sketch with a black pointer pen to sharpen and finalize the borders.
(Water Waves) I started coloring the water first, using a mix of blue, light blue, purple, and a touch of red to give the waves a vibrant look and create movement.
(Boat Base) Next, I moved on to the body of the boat, coloring it in layers with blue, red, and yellow to make it pop.
**Sails (Cloth Pieces) **I added colors to the sails one by one first the red and blue ones, then red and yellow, followed by green, and lastly purple and blue. Each sail was filled with tiny mosaic style triangles for texture.
(Wooden Sticks) I colored the sticks (masts) that hold the sails with a deep brown shade to give a natural wooden effect.
(Sky) Finally, I filled the sky with alternating purple and blue triangular patterns to complete my today mosaic art. Here is the final look.
This whole process was so relaxing. Creating art like this always lifts my mood and clears my mind it’s a little joy I cherish deeply.Hope you all like it! 💙🚢✨Allah hafiz🫀🍃.
