Cada día intento aprender algo nuevo sobre blockchain, web3 o criptomonedas y para ello pues recurro a algunas lecturas o videos aunque mi rutina el día de hoy cambió por completo ya que amanecí pintando las paredes de la cocina y me llevó toda la mañana, y mientras pintaba reflexionaba un tema que lleva días rondando mi cabeza, y es el hecho del por qué estoy en el mundo cripto, en mis primeros momentos llegué con la visión de ganar dinero como objetivo primordial, pero, eso ha cambiado, hoy considero que estoy en este mundo con el objetivo de conseguir libertad y de cambiar el mundo.
Every day I try to learn something new about blockchain, web3 or cryptocurrencies and for that I resort to some readings or videos although my routine today changed completely since I woke up painting the kitchen walls and it took me all morning, and while I was painting I was reflecting on an issue that has been bothering me for days, and it is the fact of why I am in the crypto world, in my first moments I arrived with the vision of making money as a primary goal, but, that has changed, today I consider that I am in this world with the goal of achieving freedom and changing the world.
Ahora bien, reflexionando sobre eso, me preguntaba: ¿Qué es lo próximo que debemos hacer en la tarea de la cripto adopción? Mientras tomaba un pequeño descanso me topé con esta publicación de @taskmaster4450 y me gustó bastante la analogía o más bien la idea de pensar blockchain como "nación", pero, si quieres enterarte de que va su publicación te invito a leerla.

Después de leerla seguía pensando en cual sería o pudiese ser el siguiente paso en nuestro trabajo por construir un mundo mejor de la mano de blockchain. Y pensaba en el trabajo que esta haciéndose en Venezuela, con respecto a la cripto adopción y educación blockchain y web3.
After reading it, I kept thinking about what the next step in our work to build a better world with blockchain might be. And I was thinking about the work being done in Venezuela, with respect to crypto adoption and blockchain and web3 education.
Ya se han dado pasos importantes, pero, debemos ir pensando más allá de lo que ahora hemos construido. Es excelente que cientos de establecimientos comerciales puedan aceptar HIVE y HBD como medio de pago, pero, ¿Y después? Creo que el siguiente paso que debemos dar como comunidad es incentivar y promover que las empresas puedan pagar parte del sueldo o bonos a sus empleados en HIVE o HBD.
Important steps have already been taken, but we must think beyond what we have built so far. It is excellent that hundreds of commercial establishments can accept HIVE and HBD as a means of payment, but what next? I think the next step we should take as a community is to encourage and promote businesses to pay part of their salary or bonuses to their employees in HIVE or HBD.

Considero que es incentivar a la creación de una economía circular, ya que eso ayudará a mediano y largo plazo a una adopción mucho más rápida y masiva. Pensando en el hecho de que, lo que da valor a una moneda es su usabilidad, recordemos que el dinero es una herramienta y para que tenga sentido el uso debe ser en ambas direcciones. ¿A que me refiero en ambas direcciones?
Tanto recibir como medio de pago de productos y servicios, como medio de pago a proveedores y sueldos a empleados.
I think that it is to encourage the creation of a circular economy, since that will help in the medium and long term to a much faster and massive adoption. Thinking about the fact that what gives value to a currency is its usability, let's remember that money is a tool and for it to make sense it must be in both directions. What do I mean by both directions?
Both as a means of payment for products and services, and as a means of payment to suppliers and salaries to employees.

Hive como protocolo blokchain descentralizado no posee "trabajadores" en sentido estricto, sino que todos, los que hacemos vida en Hive al ser miembros de la comunidad somos desempeñamos roles según nuestras habilidades, pero, independientemente de ello, todos podemos contribuir en la expansión de Hive, ¿Como? tan sencillo como ser un portavoz de lo que se puede hacer en el ecosistema.
As a blockchain enthusiast and novice in the business and finance area, I feel like the most immediate priority is to create win-win relationships. Hive as a decentralized blockchain protocol does not have "workers" in the strict sense, but all of us who live in Hive, being members of the community, play roles according to our abilities, but, regardless of that, we can all contribute to the expansion of Hive, how? as simple as being a spokesperson for what can be done in the ecosystem.
